I think rather than seeing as Meghna snatching Naina away from Karan, it's actually an elder sibling who is already feeling the guilt of being responsible for her sisters forced marriage.

The problem is that like Meghna has always said, Naina doesn't express her feelings much. How I see it is that she just goes along with the flow anyway. It kind of makes me feel sad that she readily accepted Karan as her husband without knowing him or anything. She just wants to do her duty so illness or no illness, friendship or no friendship...Naina was fine staying in this marriage which makes me a bit uncomfortable (as adorable as Nairan are). For Meghna, she's just been constantly lied to and she's fed up of it. To her she is just seeing her younger sister continuously compromise when she shouldn't have to.

Also, this show is more about Meghna-Naina than Meghnal or Nairan right? So high drama has to come from these two and how if affects the other sister.

But in this situation, she did verify her facts from Vishal that skin diseases can be airborne. So she is right to remove Naina immediately. That's what we do in medicine... we don't wait until we find out someone is contagious before putting them on precautions. We place the patient on contact precautions first if there is even the slightest suspicion, then determine if they contagious for sure.

What did meghna verify??? All she did was ask a general question that if skin disease can be airborne or not she didn't mentioned that if karan s disease is airborne ??

So yes she still doesn't know anything about karan s disease and is taking everything that massi ma is feeding her

She is acting extremely dumb the main problem with meghna is that she never really tries to learn from her mistake

True. But Vishal has made recommendations for Karan and treated Naina. Surely, if he felt that Karan's condition was an airborne disease, he would have insisted on Naina taking additional precautions?
