There is only so much Naina can do. It's time for Karan to get more involved with his treatments just like Naina suggested.
He needs to take a step forward if he wants Naina in his life.
I agree Malika, NaiRan have to choose each other. Not this friendship they have going. You can be friends without having to be married.
Friends don't need to pretend to be married and live with each other. Naina can help him from anywhere.
I want to see Karan take a stand and bring Naina back if he wants her back. He is a sweetie but he needs to man up.
If he goes back to his shell, all of Naina's hard work would be wasted. I don't think Karan would want that.
Plus, at the end of it all, he asked Naina to leave. No one to blame. Naina was willing to stay.

I would have preferred that instead of dragging naina out of the room meghna shared her new found information with Nairan her ott drama with her words against karan which fortunately or unfortunately was heard by him created a very bad impression ob karan who probably thinks that meghna doesn't want nairan to be together

I want Naina to go back home and finish her studies, Karan to establish himself and take an initiative to find cures for his condition (without Masi Ma's 'help') and properly woo Naina. Now he has a serious reason to fight his disease and he should do it whole heartedly.
