I think once Naina is out of Chauhan house Meghna's mind will be a bit free of the torture (overburdened thoughts) she's going through right now and then her concern will be for Karan, she too will want the same for Karan as Naina. She along with Kunal will help Karan in overcoming his issues and once when Karan is successful I also think Meghna will be the one to push him in reaching out for Naina.

You're forgetting that Meghna has no doubts on Sandy whatsoever, she thinks NK is the sole reason for all the issues she has faced until now, she saw Sandy as NK's supporter but she din't see that Sandy is the perpetrator which Naina saw but she chose to keep quite about it. Meghna isn't dumb, Sandy is over-smart and Naina hid huge things from her.

You are forgetting that Sandy didn't tell Meghna directly ... she played it as if she was on the phone with someone and didn't believe the stuff the guy was saying. For all Meghna knows, Sandy knows how contagious Karan is not telling anyone so that Naina is forced to stay with him.

C'mon Karan is not back to square one. Firstly, this was something Karan was always going to have to through. He never planned on Naina staying with him forever. He knows he has a disease. He has low self confidence but that doesn't change the fact that he has a contagious disease and can't fulfill the role of a proper husband for Naina. The fact that Naina was unwittingly forced to marry a diseased person means that it is not fair or moral for Karan to accept Naina as his wife. It would make Karan a very selfish person to not heed the fact that Naina could have a better life without him. That has nothing to do with self confidence. Karan and Naina have to realize they want this relationship for the love they have for each other. They have to take a stand for each other. Without that they can't have a healthy relationship.

This is a test of Karan's growth. Naina has helped him but he can't be weak person for the rest of his life. Naina's going to have to depend on him too in the journey. So we need to see a stronger Karan. Karan needs to know that he can be that kind of man.
