no supi we havent...we just selected the option we do want those answers...@ vijay bhai ur options are gud but along with that we do need our ans

thank you so much for the Reply again🤗.

Sir , both Suggestions are Good but they will get more better if Training is also been added here , I meant the CoolBie members who are doing work of ViewBie in forum, should get proper training as practice makes men perfect.
It will also work as Final test of Member before getting deserved position.

I again say, Coolbies should get more powers rather than sticking their own Topics & closing them. If they are in Dev. Team,doing everything, then they should be in Moderating team also.😳

Also, if a member is active in forum and didnt done anything what a VB do, then that member Should Not get Promotion as VB or Moderater there.

A check should be there, to check who is Really Eligible, doing things what a VB do, that member should get promotion.

I hope now, atleast now I will get something as result to my work in Pyar Ka Dard Hai forum like a VB.

Also, pls Clarify the Problems of Topic maker. They really deserve it.

Thank you bhaiya for replying us again, firstly coolbies should have the power to close their own threads, and until now criteria for becoming a coolbie is doing updates for 3 months regularly... so i feel we shouldnt expand their rights (but do give them that closing power) beyond that... let them learn things from the viewbies/mods & then promote them to the next level...i.e workbie!

about workbie ladder, you're saying they'll be able to play with their own threads thats it???... what would be the difference between a coolbie & a workbie then?? :| why to add more complexity when they wouldnt get anything remarkable and different than the existing groups??

I would say make a workbie group, cuz there are tons of members who work for those forums where they dont write updates + where no viewbie/mods exist (except channel mod ofc), and about rights... please allow them to deal with the reported threads too... like donot provide them with the delete reports (dealt) option *so that once in a while CM can come and check if they are doing fair job or not* but let them see it and close/warn the members accordingly, dont give them rights to deal with the WL's..

Having said that, please answer those questions posted by eksapnokipari in this thread *page 20* :)

a very simple question to you vijay bhai ... when you are not able to handel the previous rules and terms you made along with the DT'S how you can gurantee this rules and terms will be followed without any biased decision ...

rather then solving the main heart issue you are runing with breath hoping to stop it ...

extremly dissapointed with the reply and your suggestion which has no base and strength to hold the member in future(you can mark my words as i was here 3 yrs bfr and due to personal issue had to leave and now i returned and now the balance towards negativity is much higher then positivity that has occured in forum in past 3 yrs)

all the best for the future ... 🤗
