We have been discussing on the issue and there are a few suggstions that came up.. though we have not yet finalised on which way we take it.

Some of them are:

a) Creating another non-ladder group like Workbies for those who goes the extra mile to keep the forum interesting and full of activities. They will have the power of making their own Topics as Stickies and also closing them. But this require a lot more hassle in maintaining this regularly.

b) Another idea was that instead of that we add them to Coolbies group only with added powers and responsibilities.

Do let me know if any of these are workable solutions?

Sir , both Suggestions are Good but they will get more better if Training is also been added here , I meant the CoolBie members who are doing work of ViewBie in forum, should get proper training as practice makes men perfect.
It will also work as Final test of Member before getting deserved position.

I again say, Coolbies should get more powers rather than sticking their own Topics & closing them. If they are in Dev. Team,doing everything, then they should be in Moderating team also.😳

Also, if a member is active in forum and didnt done anything what a VB do, then that member Should Not get Promotion as VB or Moderater there.

A check should be there, to check who is Really Eligible, doing things what a VB do, that member should get promotion.

I hope now, atleast now I will get something as result to my work in Pyar Ka Dard Hai forum like a VB.

Also, pls Clarify the Problems of Topic maker. They really deserve it.
