Thank you for making the thread..
I'm very much active in Channel V forum Dil Dostii dance and we see that each and every DT member involved there puts up a lot of hard-work in maintaing the peace of the forum .

I kindly request you to increase the permissions or ranking of the Coolbie present there as She does lot of hard-work in maintaining the forum..
Its needless to say that Shifali and Juleka di do a great job but equally Khushi too does..
I was surprised when her name was not present in the promotion list..

I am better for workbie for channel V DT

Coolbie should get more powers n workbies ladder grp should b there for learning members

Coolbie / Videobie - for me, the most important people coz we rely on them to provide written/ video updates .. however, we can reward (not promote) them similar to how Crazy Creative members are rewarded. Coolbies and Videobies are not going to be promoted from their current ladder group (not Cool Videobie!!) ..Coolbies are UPDATERS and are not understudy (??) Viewbies so we might as well reward them, not promote them.

Not sure how these ladder group members feel .. but I was a Coolbie once and I would have been equally happier with the reward than the Coolbie promotion which didn't let me do anything back then. 😊

Keep it simple .. it's the best way forward!!😉

Hi Vijay sir, i think from 2 of your suggestion option a sounds good cz it'll be great to see new workbie who'll work freely for the forum and if anyone can does that in a mean time that person can be promoted in higher position. also it'll be nice too see another group cz no group is being paid for work.so there's no tension introducing new group.one think this ll benefit both coolbie n others too cz only coolbie doesn't work for a forum.others also does so.n many coolbie also stops updating

We have been discussing on the issue and there are a few suggstions that came up.. though we have not yet finalised on which way we take it.

a) Creating another non-ladder group like Workbies for those who goes the extra mile to keep the forum interesting and full of activities. They will have the power of making their own Topics as Stickies and also closing them. But this require a lot more hassle in maintaining this regularly.

b) Another idea was that instead of that we add them to Coolbies group only with added powers and responsibilities.

Do let me know if any of these are workable solutions?

i prefer a combination of both..
