Thank you bhaiya for replying us again, firstly coolbies should have the powers of closing their own threads, and until now criteria for becoming a coolbie is doing updates for 3 months regularly... so i feel we shouldnt expand their rights (but do give them that closing power) beyond that... let them learn from their viewbies/mods & then promote them to the next level...i.e workbie!

about workbie ladder, you're saying they'll be able to play with their own threads thats it???... what would be the difference between a coolbie & a workbie then?? :| why to add more complexity when they wouldnt get anything remarkable and different than the existing groups??

I would say make a workbie group, cuz there are tons of members who work for those forums where they dont write updates + where no viewbie/mods exist (except channel mod ofc), and about rights... please allow them to deal with the reported threads of that particular too... like donot provide them with delete reports (dealt) option *so that once in a while CM can come and check if they are doing fair job or not* but let them see it and close/warn the members accordingly, dont give them rights to deal with the WL's..

Having said that, please answer those questions posted by eksapnokipari in this thread *page 20* :)

Coolbie / Videobie - for me, the most important people coz we rely on them to provide written/ video updates .. however, we can reward (not promote) them similar to how Crazy Creative members are rewarded. Coolbies and Videobies are not going to be promoted from their current ladder group (not Cool Videobie!!) ..Coolbies are UPDATERS and are not understudy (??) Viewbies so we might as well reward them, not promote them.

Not sure how these ladder group members feel .. but I was a Coolbie once and I would have been equally happier with the reward than the Coolbie promotion which didn't let me do anything back then. 😊

Keep it simple .. it's the best way forward!!😉

With regard to the Coolbies, I would like to say that please provide Coolbies power to close at least their own threads and sticky other forum member threads. It is really disappointing for Coolbies, especially those forums which do not have a Viwebie/Mod to see and report helplessly offensive posts and cannot sticky important posts of other members like back up WUs.

Hope you incorporate these things soon.
