Hi All,

We have been discussing on the issue and there are a few suggstions that came up.. though we have not yet finalised on which way we take it.

Some of them are:

a) Creating another non-ladder group like Workbies for those who goes the extra mile to keep the forum interesting and full of activities. They will have the power of making their own Topics as Stickies and also closing them. But this require a lot more hassle in maintaining this regularly.

b) Another idea was that instead of that we add them to Coolbies group only with added powers and responsibilities.

Do let me know if any of these are workable solutions?

The first option looks better and the best...

But I hope atleast some people will be promoted to present higher levels..

Im a member who is only n mostly active in D3 n TBP forums which r of Channel V..

Mods r not available all times right and becoz of not available at the right time many havocs take place.

Wish u wud give coolbie's n Viewbie's in such forum as much as rights as the moderators.

They deal very well in a friendly way with all the fanbases.

Please give d workbie for Khushi n Shifali in D3 forum. They r d ones who r clearing up the mess in D3 forum and are also making sure both the fanbases are given importance n justice.

N Aanchal in TBP forum. At present TBP forum has no moderators. That forum is not always jhagda types forum but fights do happen and atleast one DT shud b there. Aanchal being d coolbie took care of most of the times.

So, pls give them powers 2 act as Moderators.

Its not only me who feels dat but all the members in the forum.

In Last Few Days,Lots Of Unnecessary Havoc Has Been Made By Some..
I Was Reading Silently And Was Thinking,If They Are Talking With Site Admins Like This Then What Will They Do With Normal Members??
This Matter Could Have Solve More Gently Or Peacefully..

Anyways Gone Is Gone..
I Think Second Idea Is Better..Another Group Will Create Mess.

Another Thing Bhai,Please Make Sure That "Warned" People Must Not Get Promotion.

I didn't read all the posts here, but I'd rather we remove the Coolbie, Cool Viewbie, and Videobie status from the ladder group than introduce another/ new one. 😛

Cool Viewbie - no need. How about Cool Moderator?😉

Coolbie / Videobie - for me, the most important people coz we rely on them to provide written/ video updates .. however, we can reward (not promote) them similar to how Crazy Creative members are rewarded. Coolbies and Videobies are not going to be promoted from their current ladder group (not Cool Videobie!!) ..Coolbies are UPDATERS and are not understudy (??) Viewbies so we might as well reward them, not promote them.

Not sure how these ladder group members feel .. but I was a Coolbie once and I would have been equally happier with the reward than the Coolbie promotion which didn't let me do anything back then. 😊

Keep it simple .. it's the best way forward!!😉

for me the first option seems good...😊 but we all request u to first promote some members like aanchal,sri,supriya di and give them what they deserve...😳 u can keep this workbies for other people who are interested to work

and please take of the rule tht if viewbies/moderators show interest on any forum..tht forum is given for them...this is ridiculous...because of this rule the others who deserve do not get opportunity..😳

this is in some way unfair for coolbies also...viewbies/mods are given forum at the start of show itself...then why the coolbies are not trusted and given rights at the start of show itself...dont u think it is unfair for coolbies who are sincere in their work ? 👎🏼🤔
