Ram in Kaliyug FF-updated pg 46

Disclaimer: This is about how Ram could have behaved if born in Kaliyug. Here I will try to trace the journey of King Ram in the current era. It's not about Valmiki's Ramayan, Kambar Ramayan, Thulsidas Ramayan etc...,its Ramya's Ramayan. Hence no emotion only gumption.😊

During the coronation of Ram, Kaikeyi asked Ram to fulfill the promise of his father. She told Ram that Bharath will be the king and Ram has to go for vanvas.

Ram: Sure maa. I will obey the words of Matha and accomplish the promise of Pitha. Being a Raghuvanshi, I have to keep up my words. But can I know the answer for my two questions?

Kaikeyi: hmm... what?

Ram: 1) When matha Kaushalya has accepted you as her sister and gave away her rights, why you think I won't be like her? Do you think that I will be self-centered just because I am nurtured by you?

2) Why do you think just 14 years of vanvas can make me unfit from being king, once I am back?

Kaikeyi is astounded by his logical questions. She thought why she asked only 14yrs and not some 60-70yrs.

Ram (with a smile): Don't worry maa. I won't say that, unless I know the answer I will not fulfill pitha's promise. I will execute my commitment. I am not afraid of my future as you. So try to find out the answers before I am back from my 14yrs of vanvas.

Ram turned back and saw his father being speechless. Ram thought "No matter what, I will not marry anyone again".

Note: This is not to demean our epic but to think why we can't behave like Ram in certain situations. Though this is not the 301th version of Ramayan, its certainly not the erratum from my side😊
