...or maybe he was going through a phase then with nandini where she was the right person for him at the time...obviously that time has passed with her death and he's at another place in his life now where he may want someone like mauli ? the biggest thing in this show that did not make sense was how he went from being completely devoted to his wife to falling in love with someone at the drop of a hat. it was like someone flicked a switch.
