Actor Manthan Setia, who has been part of Star Plus’ long running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has confirmed that his journey with the daily soap has come to an end. The actor played a supporting role in the fourth generation of the show, which currently stars Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit as leads.

In a conversation with India Forums, Manthan shared that his time on the show has been a fulfilling experience. “Well all the time I spent in Rishta was just beautiful. We were not just cast members, we were family. And inse best cast members nahi mil sakte the. I will be forever grateful to DKP and Rajan sir for this opportunity they gave me,” he said. He also confirmed that his track has officially ended. “Well yes my track has ended and I am exploring and trying for new projects.”
