I am struggling to find time to watch this show but when I do watch the occasional episode I only see glimpses of what was once SC! Starplus has taken over and we are witnessing the birth of the newest SP fix-it-all wohu. SP drove The Mr SLB nuts😆 Waah!

@ Ivy - read one of your posts about SP. This has happened before, interfering with script and characters so much that it was frustrating for the CVs, PH and viewers who could not relate to the changes and were watching the show only for the leads!!!!!

There is a big difference between being positive and being delusional. This re-setting of expectations is a little challenging for me. Time constraints aside, I cant be positive currently and am most definitely not delusional therefore not posting here Arshi dear. Your posts are amazing always, I do try and read them whenever possible.

Anyhow, hope all CBians are doing well.

Oh - Kalika wearing the kamarband and desecrating it - sacrilege! Totally unacceptable CVs. And the Kusum claims its hers and touches it🤢🤢🤢🤢

If they are after TRP's, unconventional twist is not going to work, and esp not "morally wrong" unconventional twist... after the PMS happened, I believe the ending has to be ***k---f--c---*** Samud.

Somehow I felt while Kumud is sincerely trying to fix her marriage, she has resurrected Saraswatichandra today. While he says SC is dead, she says he loved his mom very much. She is working on her marriage and that didnt seem she forgot her feelings for Saras. She is just trying not to bring them to forefront.

And she not worrying whether he ate or not, I didnt think she forgot or is not worrying. She showed that helplessness in her face when Mrs. BD mentioned. She had a near-death experience earlier in the day when she came to his room. And another near death experience when Kalika showed the Kamarband. She must have been totally battle-scarred with those two incidents. Showing any more concern and acting towards it can be detrimental to what she thinks is day 1 of her effort to rally Pramaad.

Another thought I have is that she might have worn the Payal on the day he told her about his truth. As a symbol of accpetance/forgiveness of his mistake and also as a mark of respect to Saraswati whose fate she somewhat shares. I might be thinking too much but hope CVs show something o this.

The Kamarband incident was terrible to watch. It changed hands so fast and Saras must have felt miserable. He is living a life where torture comes for him in installments each time he faces Desais.

So Kumud honestly and unknowingly started the Saraswatichandra saga which is going to backfire on her.

The episode did leave a bad taste.

As much as we dislike Kusum, I feel the character has been treated badly by the CVs. There were many times when she showed the mirror to Kumud when she was trying to understand Saras and her feelings towards him. She was the sensible one. I felt she understood Saras-Kumud relationship better than they themselves did. Then, at times she mouthed very insane dialogues. Completely out of context. And many irresponsible ones too. So there has been lot of inconsistency. She has been the dark horse and cause for a lot of worry for us.

And now as everyone agrees, she has turned into the unpleasant factor.

I thought of listing today of pointers "for" Samud:

Post vow, if the storyline was meant to make us forget Samud, CV's wouldn't have showed us the following:

1. Flashbacks of Samud would have been skipped: why that nostalgic track of tadap tadap?

2.intact ehsaas at Payal sequence: why did they show it again?

3.in the movie, ( I do not know if that pointer was there in the novel) SC gets fooled by Kusum mistaking her to be Kumud at first meeting. That was a pointer to the end. Here that didn't happen,

Entire kamarbandh sequence would have been skipped and a new front could have been created to make Kusum and Saras convo. Kusum is strongly aware of saras's Ehsaas, when she talked to him with kamarbandh in hand, it cannot be justified mow she agreeing to forego and forget that ehsaas of Saras's.

4. Kalika becoming a real Nagin: what is the purpose of it,if everyone is meant to get tamed and sacrificial?

5. As much as Kumud's sincere efforts are getting highlighted, equally there is a downfall awaited, in presence of Kalika and Navin

She seems to be murakdas daughter...who has been in the family since ages...so she's like half-family...and the BDs are like Desais...all sort of pile-ons have free lodging and boarding..they just have to turn up...there it was Saras, LN, Gumaan, Gumaan's sister, Sunny, Danny...here its Saras, Kusum so far..😛

No idea...Kusum is doing now what Sunny did in the novel...which is to finally locate saras as naveen...
