Govinda and wife Sunita Ahuja are apparently headed for divorce. As per reports, she had filed for separation in February 2025 but there was no development on the matter. Now, it seems she has filed on grounds of cheating and cruelty. She said her husband had deserted her. The lady gives in a flat close to their Juhu bungalow. It seems Govinda loves to entertain people, and she prefers solitude. Sunita Ahuja’s allegations of cheating has made people wonder who is the Maharashtrian actress who is rumoured to be in an affair with Govinda.

Today, Hero No. 1 Govinda was seen at the airport. He seemed in a serious mood. The actor however posed for pics and even blew a few flying kisses. He was seen with a moustache, a look that reminded us of the film, Naseeb. As we know, it was directed by his brother. Govinda, however, seemed a bit sombre given how the separation news has spread all over. Earlier, it was said that the judge wanted the couple to reconsider the decision. Sunita Ahuja said she has been attending all the court hearings but he has no time for the same.

Sunita Ahuja and Govinda got married in 1987. The couple were blessed with a daughter and son. Sunita Ahuja was in the news for her feud with Krushna Abhishek after she objected to him making fun of Govinda on his comedy shows. The bitterness continued for quite some time. However, Govinda attended the wedding of Arti Singh and Deepak Chauhan. Sunita Ahuja recently gave a few interviews and has started her own YouTube channel. This has made people wonder if she is trying to start something of her own if separation is indeed on the cards. Govinda and her son Yashvardhan was supposed to debut with Babil Khan in Sai Rajesh’s movie.
