I will go ahead with sep 28th ghazal/classical

Ghazals - Raja and Amanat made brave attempts, but it is impossible to do justice to Ghulam Ali's heyday renditions. Mehdi hassan or Talat Mehmood would be better choices. Ranjish hi sahi or something like that would work better.

Aneek - is not made for ghazals.

Poonam - best song selection in spite of the shaky start.

Overall noone impressed that much.

Classical
Aneek again v good attempt. stayed on sur and that's saying a lot. But did anyone notice his voice was shaking a little?
As good as Aneek was Amey Date was better in II2 where Laaga was one of the landmark performances.

Raja - slowed the tempo of the song and lost the effect. This is a fast number.

Amanat - again technicaly as good as Aneek, but he has a smooth flow, a finesse that makes him stand apart.

Poonam was the BEST. For an untrained singer I have no words. There was a melodious in her singing that was better than the boys.

Saturday episode:

OSO round:

I would give 10/10 to all three. I am hearing these songs for the first time.

SRK round:

Performance wise Raja was better than the two but for rendering and improvising I would give more points to Amanat and Aneek.

I am glad that for the first time we have 3 singers at par for finale. Whoever wins will have a good future and the other two would equally shine.

I agree his comments were so articulate...... even Pandit Jasraj ji could nt stop himself from commenting..... I just wish with this classical knowledge he shall compose some semiclassical and classical songs in is movies.....

SATURDAY'S EPISODE

Although Raja sang the most popular songs today, but performancewise Aneek was just SUPERB.

The first song that Aneek sang was just mindblowing. A slow number on slow waltz beat and covering three octaves is really really difficult to sing. The feel that Aneek poured into the song is just outstanding. 10 points is just too low for that performance.

On the second song Aneek's modulations were just out of this world.

Coming to Amanat. The first song was very well sung, but going on the higher notes sounded a little strained. Mitwa was the second song that Amanat sang. But he performed this song way better in his introductory episode. His sargam did not appeal the way it did in his first performance.

Raja was very very good in Dard-e-Disco. But a song that is already on the top of the charts is always an upper hand. With that kind of high voltage beats it is very easy to cover up the smaller mistakes.

Chaiyya chaiyya was again a wonderful performance. As I have said many times before and say it again that Raja is the king of high notes. I did not think he will carry of "Yaar Misaale Os Chale Panv Ke Tale Firdaus Chale, Kabhi Daal Daal Kabhi Paat Paat Main Hawa Pe Dhoondho Uske Nishaan" so well. FANTASTIC. However, it seemed that his voice was little strained, and he swallowed few words today during this song. There were some mumbling.

But still pesonally I feel that Aneek was the BEST today.

As earlier it was said that Aneek is the real talent. I think todays generation will not even dare to touch either Rspected late Rafi sahib or filmi semi-classical King (Raj kapoor saheb always had Mukeshji's voice but this Song was sung by MannaDa picturized on Raj Kapoor saheb), This just turned 18 kid dared to pick golden collection songs, I agree that his tarana was sooo good that ven with back problem, I felt like dancing. Gazal was Rfi saheb's. how can he sound like him nut was a great try in Aneek's Style. Amanat is really beyond or above thecompetetion.

Plz don't repeat the same mistake bout saving Raja an we lost Poonam who is a born singer. She should be there and I think still mot too late, being fan is good but vote for the deserving candidates not for the person u just like him. Everyone got enough chance

Phir na nikali jaye koi Poonam kyonki fan ko hai jitana, agar dil mein hai Sangeet toh bhool jao yeh apna aur begana.

the friday show was probably the best musical show i have seen in years and years..I cant wait to watch it again next friday!the saturday performances were outstanding too!

just when i was thinking that perhaps the journey has been too long for the singers..they were showing signs wear and tear..it was as if they were touched by a magic wand and bounced back on pole vaults!( actually more like nathan pitrelli on "Heroes" 😆)

SATURDAY'S EPISODE:

O.S.O. SONGS:
AMANAT: Fabulous performance. As good as original. 100/10!

ANEEK: Awesome👏! BETTER than the original. I don't think there is any scope to 'hate' him NOW!
He is too sweet! And talented too! INFINITY marks!!

RAJA: Messed up New York L.A. part slightly, but that can definitely be forgiven due to a gr8
performance. But...a Sukhwinder song again. So, 100/10.

Best performance:Aneek. And I'm NOT saying this just BECAUSE I'm his fan.

SRK's CHOICE:
AMANAT: First Mitwa was better. But this one was FABULOUS too! He is BRILLIANT.

ANEEK: Best of the round. Variations were...SPELLBINDING. He is too good.

RAJA: ANOTHER Sukhwinder song. But he was mindblowing. However, the singing wasn't as
effortless as usual. Still, 10000000/10.

Best performance: This sounds biased, but...Aneek again. He was outstanding today.

BEST MOMENT:Aneek's imitation of HR!!!😆😆

P.S.: Amanat and Aneek in my opinion are better contenders for title as their comfort zone is wider than Raja's. Raja is a gr8 contender too....when he sticks to his comfort zone.

om shanti omshanti song was fantastic dil se gaaya & dance with deepika added more charm to the show..laga chunari mein daag & thuhi thu thuhi thu were mind blowing..fantastic.keep it up ur variations in thuhi thu was unbeatable..Superb..excellent
