OK, this is court reporter reporting...

Both sides have presented their attackes and counter attcaks and there have also been third party attacks. One question that comes to mind is who will be the judge??

is it possible to judge this personality without bias?? People either love him or hate him.. there is no go between.

I feel the verdict should be passed by jury. A panel of Jury represented by the public should be selected and they will give the final verdict.

So, in that case - can we ask our esteemed Mods to appoint the Jury panel - ensuring that we have proper representation from all sections of the public?

For the jury, we'll need people who have an open mind and are willing to listen to both sides and hold a discussion among themselves and come to a unanimous (or almost unaimous) decision.

Can we really find people like that, who don't have a fixed opinion and are open to agreement?

Well it seems the idea of a jury is being evaluated.The Assistant counsel and strong supporters and bashers have given in yheir opinions and seem agreeable to the jury concept. Now the question is "is such an ideal panel of jury really possible" . We need members from the "Rocks" and well as the "Rack" clan. And if Rahul would step in to the panel as well.

Well,Shady..Vinit's arrogance in the show can be attributed to Himesh.
Any layman can guess that Vinit did what Himesh told him to.
Eg.The whole love story was scripted by Mr.Himesh.So,He has to take the blame.

From the "Rack" clan one name (Appada's) has been suggested. I would also like to suggest Jaya's and Aashiq bhai's name.

From the neutral group I would like to suggest Rahul , Kabhi and Angie.

The Rock clan has to select their own menbers.

We will also need a taaleban overlooking the Jury negotiations as it is quite possible that the drama between the jury members will become more memorable and interesting than may be the court case.

One More Example of Arrogance:
If you remember,when Vinit sang "Parda Hai Parda".In one line he sung.."Pardanashin ko beparda na kardun..toh Vinit mera naam nahin" 🤢
Surely,Mr.Himesh was behinf this..I still remember that Evil Smile on his face when this happened 😡
