Well, out of court settlement issue has not come in as yet. However, the prosecution counsel is missing in action, while the defense council is really active.

If prosecution wants to establish a case, they are hereby requested to make in an appearance.

aajkal ki dunia hee aisi hai, sab yahan par range hue siyar hain mere bhai. kisi ka koi bharosa nahin.

Main bhi neutral hi tha. Reshammiya ji ko represent karne waale hum sab neutral hi the. Kyonki prosecution ke yeh ilzaam kuch zyada hi extreme hai - hum neutral logon se bhi hazm nahi ho paaya.

Yeh case HR ke against nahin balke desh ki tarakki mein rukawat hai. Globalization ke against hai. Bahut saare aise issue prosecution ne raise kiye hain.

Yeh case waisa hi hai to every now and then Microsoft ke against chalaya jaata hai. Reshammiya ji ki bhi aaj kal Music Industry pe monoploy chaayi hua hai, aur logon ko yeh pasand nahi aa raha.
