You starting from the middle of the rainbow Ankita? Why? any significance to that?

Maro goli where you started from. Am just glad you did. And am even more glad you did not delete the whole doc waiting for one Couch_Potato.

This was lovely. A brilliant start to the series. I'll probably miss the rest of the series but hopefully i can make my forgetful way back once i get back.

and what an absolutely perfect last line...loved the play on words...wanting the devil back to play with monsters in her head...👏

The thing is, the idea I have in mind for the start of the rainbow is really dark and I didn't really want the first update to be dark.

So, I started randomly. :)

Couch_Potato (KD) is the one who is proving why she chose that username!

The green of the dupatta symbolically wrapping around Paro, the green of Laila's jealousy also wrapping like a schroud around Paro-- that green is an ugly color, indeed! Great use of the element! What an excellent little gift this was, Senbon! I'm green with envy too, Baisa...please keep writing more and more and more of these! Maybe two per color? The BSD uniform is green..😉

PS: Yaar, since you'll be doing a Rainbow of posts over the next seven days (yay!) you've made me nervous! I offered to do the first one on Choti's weekend Navaras series--I'm supposed to lead it off with the OS on Disgust tomorrow---and now I'm worried my writing might just elicit that emotion, its utter crap...off to edit, brood and tear my hair out...

Navin-Sa, your comment is longer than the update. You have no idea how elated and fudku fudku that makes me feel!

Drabbles are what something that I specialize in on some other couple, but on PaRud they are really difficult.

I actually thought this was shitty and no emotion was seeping through. Because that is how I feel in general as soon as I finish writing.

I like how you captured her emotions. Very well done.

You know in the beginning I really used to feel for Laila. It is not easy to live with the feeling that the one you love does not return the feeling.

And I always thot , she played the seductress only bcze she thot that is the only way to keep his interest.

But the Haldi day scene put me off Laila totally.. I still understand where she is coming from .. I wished CVs had shown her in a more grey shade than what they are showing us now..
