yeah u r right she shouldn't copy whole book although i like christian as asad its suits him becoz of his temper... Its ok to take i spiration from the novel but plz try to give ur spin on it instead of merely copying the dialogues and scenes. I want to read AsYa in that scenario but not as Christian n ana but as asad and zoya. Do try to write the same scenes but maybe in ur way rather than copying the entire sequence. People who have already read the book will be bored. No offense to u though its just a suggestion
oopss i forgot to read it !!! It happens with me quite often 😆Yes it is ...I mentioned that on the first page itself😊..U will also find a lot resemblance in the story further too...

CHAPTER 3
Later that day zoya told humi that asad agreed for the photoshoot and Humiera's happiness knew no bounds she asked Zoya what was he doing at the store all of a sudden...Zoya told her he came there in business
"That is one huge coincidence. Don't you think so out of all the store he came there only where u work...I feel he was there to see u Zoe?" says Humeira
Zoya's heart faltered at the possiblity, but ignored it coz the reality was he was there on business. She rolled her eyes on humeira
"Humi I guess u r taking journalism way to seriously ...don't put stress on that little brain of yours and think about the photo shoot if u want it to be done by tomorrow before he leave. Says Zoya mockingly
Ofcourse I want it Zoe...Humeira immediately speakup...But the question is Who is going to take the photos and where...Coz our regular photographer is on leave for two days she further shared with Zoya sadly
He said he is staying at the Heathman Hotel...Zoya told humeira
That's great Zoe!!..Then I just have to seek permission from my boss now...and book a hall or room at the hotel by the name of our News paper house..Said Humeira happily...But from where will I get a photographer at such a short notice she again added Sadly
Don't worry Humi...said zoya placing her hand on humi's shoulder...Just then an idea popped up in her mind...Hmm How about Jacob? She asked Humeira

Zoya asked her to call Asad by herself but Humeira didn't budge she told her to call him as she is the one with "Relationship" ...Zoya got furious at this remark of her BF

Ok!...Humi I will call happy now...U r so bossy sometimes..said zoya laughingly to Humeira

Later that night Zoya called Jacob first and persuaded him to do the photo shoot. At first he denied since he shoot places not people...Humeira then took the cell from zoyas hand and threatened him that if he wants the newpaper she works in to cover the opening of his exhibition then he have to do this...and he immediately agreed...Zoya shooked her head at humeira smiling a little at her bossiness
Sorted !..now all we need to know is when...Lets call him now says Humeira
(ZOYA'S POV)
She holds the phone out to me. My stomach twists..."Call him, now!" says humi to me I glared at her and reach into my back pocket for his business card. I take a deep breath and dialed his number.
He picked up the call after the second ring
Hello..Asad Ahmed khan here...says he
"umm ...Mr khan It's Zoya Farooqui." I don't recognize my own voice, I'm so nervous. There's a brief pause.
"Miss Farroqui nice to hear from you." His voice has changed. He's surprised, I think, and he sounds so... warm - seductive even. My breath hitches, and I flush.
I suddenly felt conscious as humeira was looking at me..i moved towards the kitchen to avoid her scrutiny
"umm we'd like to go ahead with the photo-shoot for the article". "Tomorrow, if that's okay. Where would be convenient for you, sir?" Breathe zoya breathe
"I'm staying at the Heathman hotel..Shall we say nine thirty in the morning tomorrow. If it suites you"..."Okay, we'll see you there." I replied gushing and breathy
"I look forward to it, Miss Farooqui." He said and I can almost hear his sphinx like smile...I hang up
I turned towards Humeira and she's staring at me with a look of complete and utter shock on her face.
"Ms Zoya Farooqui u so so like him..I never saw u this affected before."
"Oh humi don't start it again u know i blush all the time..dont be so silly.I snap. She blinks at me with surprise
"I just find him... intimidating, that's all."
"Zoe I know don't give explanations to me..i was just asking if it is like that or not...I know when something like that will happen u will tell me first only" mutters Humi. And I just love her for this..she truly is my best friend.."I'll give the manager a call and negotiate a space for the photoshoot at Heathman. she told me
"I made supper for both of us afterwards and after dinner went to study.I was so restless that night..Sleep was far away from my eyes...I m just going to look awesome tomorrow with so little sleep, I scolded myself..and tried to sleep
(NO ONES POV)
The next day Jacob, Zoya, and Humeira arrived for the photo shoot at the Heathman Hotel and arranged everything for the photoshoot in the room they had taken. Humeira told the receptionist to inform asad about their arrival and came back in to the room...Zoya then excused herself to attend the call...she was returning back to the room when she collided with someone..she was about to fall back when Asad held her from the waist and prevented her from falling..zoya opened her eyes and drowned in those familiar orbs ...Both remained like that till they realized the position they are in...Zoya was the first one to pull her herself from Asads hold...she mumbled a little "sorry"
Don't be ..I hope u r Ok Ms farooqui! Says Asad smirking
I am!...All r waiting for u for the photo shoot Mr khan..This Way! said zoya and both moved towards the room
Ms Farooqui what u doing after the shoot?..asked Asad
Nothing!..I have my exams so I will prepare for them only! replied Zoya
"I wondered if you would join me for coffee this morning." Says Asad
Zoya's heart started beating fastly. A date? Asad Ahmed khan is asking me on a date. He's asking if you want a coffee. Maybe he thinks you haven't woken up yet, ...thinks Zoya in her mind
Actually Mr khan I came here with my friend...so if u see it will not look appropriate..replied zoya nervously
"Don't worry about the convince...Taylor my driver will drop them"..Said Asad..
"No..umm its not that Mr Khan...Ohk I will come" replied Zoya looking downward
Asad smiled inwardly and with that both entered in the room where Humeira and Jacob were waiting for them
Humi: Thanks Mr khan for agreeing for this photoshoot
My pleasure!..says Asad Looking at Zoya all this while..Humeira noticed this and says to zoya he is looking at u only in a whisper...
Zoya: He has asked me for a coffee afterwards..says zoya in a whisper...
Humeira felt happy for her best friend but was a little worried for her too...
Humi: Zoya I know he is good looking n Nice...But just be a little carefull ok!..She winked at zoya n took her in a hug!
Zoya: Behave Humi (laughingly)
Jacob: Mr khan I think u should smile a little for the next Pic
Asad glared at him
Jacob: Ah...May be not..and took the last picture!
After the photoshoot Asad took Zoya for a coffee while walking towards the Hotel coffee shop.
(ZOYA'S POV)
"So Is he your boyfriend?"..he asked
"Who?"
"The photographer." He said
"No. Jacob is a good friend of mine, that's all. Why did you think he was my boyfriend?"
"The way you smiled at him, and he at you." His gray gaze holds mine. He's so intimidating. I want to look away but I'm caught - mesmerized.
"He's more like family," I whisper.
He nods slightly feeling satitsfied with my response
"This Way" he said to me and we entered the courtyard the coffee shop was just few steps away when he again asked
"And the boy I met yesterday, at the store. He's not your boyfriend?"
"No. Paul's just a friend." I replied to him..feelling weird as why is he asking such questions all of a sudden
He then moved forward towards the coffee shop and I followed him
At the coffee shop ..I thanked the waiter who had put the tea in front of me..and he left...I added some sugar in my cup...all this while I can feel his gaze on me..i nervously looked up when he asked
"So u don't like Coffee"
Yeah I like tea'..i said and looked downward at my cup..when I heard him saying
"You seem nervous"
No ..umm..its just that I find u a little intimidating'
"He smiled at me a little...Tell me about ur family" he further asked me
"My family!...my father died when I was 3..my step father raised me...and my mother is on husband number 4..she is an incredibly romantic women I further added
and u? he asked
Romantic?? I asked..and he nodded his head in a yes...
"well I m studing English literature..so I have to be romantic"
Well Mr khan your photoshoot went really well and I am so grateful to u that...
"I m sorry...I have to go .." I heard him saying..and looked at him..his facial expressions suddenly became very serious...Did I said something wrong I thought in my mind...n nodded my head at him
Oh ok!...I whispered
(ZOYA'S POV Ended)
Asad then paid the bill at the counter and both left the place..He walked Zoya to her car while leaving she asked Asad ,if he had a girlfriend ...and then felt embarrassed at her such a frank question..Asad wasn't very pleased with her question n glared at her,..but answered her a "NO" firmly ... silence engulfed them again until a bike with a great speed came and was about to hit zoya..when Asad pulled her towards himself ,zoya lost her balance and Asad tightened his hold on her waist pulling her further against himself. Their eyes met and both went lost in eachother..His hands then moved towards the side of his face and he caressed her cheek with his thumb softly (Mitwa moment)...She came to reality when she heard him saying
Asad: I m not the right person for u Zoya!
Reality hits zoya hard..she felt dejected hearing what he just said and believes she is not attractive enough for Him.
Zoya: "I think I should Go!"..and pulls herself out of his hold.."Thanks for u help Mr khan"and left from there...but pauses when she heard him calling her name ... and turned towards him..
Asad looked intently at zoya...
Asad : Zoya I...um..All the best for your Exams!
Thanks Mr khan said zoya feeling hurt...and went from there
