Bharti Singh recalls anxious moments before delivery as she gives birth to second child

Comedian Bharti Singh and writer producer Haarsh Limbachiyaa recently welcomed their second child, a baby boy. The couple shared the news through Bharti’s latest vlog, where she spoke in detail about her delivery experience, emotions, and the moments leading up to the birth.

The vlog began early in the morning when Bharti informed viewers that her water bag had suddenly broken. “It was around six in the morning when my water bag broke suddenly. I immediately called the doctor, who told me that my water bag had burst and asked us to come to the hospital right away. I'm completely scared and not able to understand what is happening. We hurriedly packed our bags and rushed to the hospital,” she said.

As the family left for the hospital, Bharti carried a small Ganpati idol and requested prayers. She appeared visibly anxious and emotional while entering the lift and admitted her fear, saying, “Bahot darr lag raha hai.” Their son Gola accompanied them, while Haarsh focused on getting Bharti safely to the hospital.

On the way, Bharti spoke about returning to Breach Candy Hospital, where Gola was born. She expressed trust in her doctor, Dr Feroz Sonawala, and shared concerns about her contractions. “Right now, both the heartbeats and the contractions seem to be happening together. I don’t know what the doctor will decide,” she said, adding that delivery could happen soon.

At the hospital, Haarsh explained that everything unfolded very quickly this time. He recalled that during Bharti’s first delivery, labour progressed slowly, giving them time to prepare. This time, he said, events moved without warning, leaving him unsure how to react.

Waiting outside the labour room, Haarsh shared his nervousness. “I’m waiting right now. They said they’ll call me in shortly to witness the delivery,” he said, remembering how difficult it was to watch Bharti in pain during her first childbirth.

Later, Bharti was seen regaining consciousness after anaesthesia. She thanked fans for their wishes and confirmed the birth of their baby boy. She revealed that doctors informed her about the birth while she was still in the operation theatre.

Bharti also shared that the newborn was kept under observation for routine checks. She expressed eagerness to meet him soon, while Haarsh smiled and said their son was very cute.
