Agreed agreed agreed!

I've mentioned this many times - it bugs me to no end that Rehan is privy to his mother's actions and Intentions, and is doing nothing to stop her, except for some feeble attempts at disagreement.

He was even going to leave, until Tanveer told him the marriage is on for only three months. So...

I personally feel that he's hanging around for the end of that.

Goodness' knows what'll happen by the time three months is up.

Nice post
I felt bad for Rehaan only when Aahil insulted him, but the way he's hiding the things about his mother intentions is much worse than that.

You are absolutely right Rehan is guilty by association he is standing by and watching his mother destroy and ruin Ahil from inside out.Especially when Ahil tells Sanam that his Mom doesn't stop him from drinking .He is always pushed towards reckless behavior by tanveer and eventually tanveer will take everything that belongs to Ahil. And above all Rehan is waiting for the three months marriage contract to be over so he can approach Ahil's wife .I can't imagine the grief that will strike Ahil when he learns all this ,wonder how Sanam will react when she finds about her so called friend .Rehan and his intentions towards her and Ahil.

Both are men in love behaving badly. One is possessed by jealousy and the other by want.

I agree with all you so. So no argument from my side.
Rehaan needs to own up to Ahil, if not him, atleast Sanam. He may not be in a position to tell her that he is in love with her (for story as well as his personal ideological reasons) but as a friend, he could hint her out that this marriage was accomplished for greater reasons than the ones that she was told.

Ahil's behavior with Rehaan is understandable even though not right. The boy within him was never truly loved as was shown on his birthday. And he has finally managed to fall in love and is being constantly reminded that even though he may have married his love, she truly belongs to another (at least in his own mind).

I am enjoying the triangle to be honest. It has angst, and drama.

The other triangle the less said the better.

Yes my queenie...

🤗

, I did the same, and was tempted to post. Not frequently following anything on the forum (or any show for that matter) but QH has been very intriguing lately. I agree that although I understand Aahil's behavior, I dont think it is right. I don't know what is the Indian TVs obsession with emotional and physical abuse from the hands of the hero. It is highly detrimental to a woman's confidence, and sets a wrong example. That said, I do understand his behavior totally. Sanam is not being of much help either. One day she is like "Main Aapki Biwi Hoon" and the other she is like "Mat bhooliye this is a contract marriage". Also, even if she was poor why couldn't Dilshad raise an english speaking Sanam. I take it as a bit of an insult, because people in Punjab do speak English, lol. But well, coming back to the main point - Sanam is also as arrogant as Aahil and equally emotionally challenged. Aahil and Sanam need to talk - which is why I hate that Rehaan and Sanam bond is gradually maturing to a stage where she cries in front of him, understands his pain while Sahil are stuck at Junoons... I wish Sahil talk... I feel that at the end of three months, Sanam will refuse to give back the property further expanding the gap with Aahil as he will think she is money hungry...

Although I like the premise that Rahil may be planted by Razia, I am dying to see some SaHil growth (not for romance, but because I have been missing this in QH all along and I feel it is imperitive to the narrative and character growth).

I am enjoying it too, :)

There is so much potential to discuss when all three are wrong and all three are right.

That said, the other triangle... That Faiz dude annoys me. So zip up Mona :)

I may be in the minority here, but has anyone considered that Rehaan's keeping shut due to assuming he won't be taken seriously upon confessing Tanveer's wicked intentions to Ahil? I mean, Ahil blindly trusts Tanveer. He doesn't tolerate anyone speaking against or disrespecting her, and keeping that in mind, ask yourselves - would he believe Rehaan?

No, he won't. I can say that with confidence. Poor thing will learn the hard way what Tanveer is capable of.

I like Rehaan. He may not be a 'bad boy' females fall head over heels for, but he isn't rotten at his heart (not yet). But your post does raise some valid questions about his character. I feel the Cv's are butchering everyone's character during this jealousy track.

I wish Rehaan had never fallen for Sanam. It ruined everything. What was the need? Everyone knew he wouldn't get the girl. He could have just been a good friend of Sanam. And if Cv's wanted to introduce the jealousy track, it could have been easily done. Ahil could have misinterpreted their closeness as 'something more'. Since I am strongly against humiliating anyone, I despise watching both Rehaan and Sanam mistreated. There are plenty of ways Cv's could have utilized to display Ahil's envy (I admit, I do like him envious!).

Anyways, I'm babbling. What I wanted to add to your post was that I do pity Rehaan (Definitely in the minority here). Had he been outright negative/evil, I wouldn't have. But he was introduced as a sweet boy who truly fell for Sanam who wanted to make all her dreams come true, which makes me pity his current state. R's character is totally butchered, going from bad to worse. I do foresee him turning negative him the future. Maybe that's why Cv's aren't making his character reveal the truth to Ahil.

BTW - Why does Qubool Hai have so many Vamps? Seriously?! Too much negativity, and too less main couple (Sahil). The show feels cluttered with so many storylines and subplots. Focus on the main couple, Cv's!

Also Aahil just did what his mom told him to although for his own reasons (agreed cos of his love) and sanam had said qubool hai too..

I had started feeling so irritated with him being in all the junoon movements all the time with his sorry face standing there. Eyeing sanam like a lover. I know he loves her but he should keep a check on his emotions as sanam is married to his bro now..

Totally agree. He does not even call Sanam Bhabhi... And stayed back home only after knowing that it was a contract marriage. What exactly are his intentions?
