Kajol marked 24 years of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham with a social media post that reminded audiences why the film still holds emotional value. Released in 2001 and directed by Karan Johar, the family drama brought together Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Taking to Instagram, Kajol shared two photos celebrating her character Anjali. One image featured her in Anjali mode, while the other showed the complete cast. Along with the pictures, she wrote, “To all the Anjalis out there, keep being loud and proud! Rahul is out there somewhere but he might be late because of traffic #KabhiKhushiKabhieGham #24years.” The post struck a chord with fans.

Meanwhile, Kajol reunited with Shah Rukh Khan in London for another milestone linked to Hindi cinema history. The duo unveiled a bronze statue of Raj and Simran at Leicester Square to mark 30 years of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. The event was attended by Kajol’s children Yug and Nysa Devgan.
After the unveiling, Shah Rukh Khan took to X to share his reaction. He wrote, “Bade Bade Deshon Mein, Aisi Chhoti Chhoti Baatein Hoti Rehti Hain, Senorita!
