The problem is NOT jeans in Islam. The problem is wearing clothes which clealry outline your figure, and jeans tend to do that. But then again, even traditional clothes nowadays are so tight and exposing- take churidaars as an example! So what Muslims need to realize is the REASON behind why jeans are not considered as a modest part of clothing and make sure that instead of just being all Anti-Jeans, they should not wear exposing and outlining clothes.

But this is not the only thing to be considered while praying, your intentions must be sincere first and foremost. And it's not as if QH is promoting Islam, so yeah.

As long as you are covered and wearing decent clothes, I don't find any problems in it. Besides, shalwar kameez is decent according to our culture, but if you go to arab countries like Saudi Arabia...they find it indecent! So, the thing is that everyone has different views about it. Neeyat is what matters, and Allah knows what is going on in our hearts...

Baby you are gem of a person...you rock!!!👏

You just have to be completely covered!

Totally agree!! Its the Salat not the clothes what matter..only has to be covered...

I think you're allowed.. but only as a last option. I sometimes pray with jeans because I'm not at home and I really don't have anything else to cover them with. As long as the shape of my legs don't show.. (I hate skinnys.. I wear boot cut jeans anyway) and they're covered.. I do pray. I mean.. when I can.. I always wear something over them.. but it's not always possible..
