The way they showed her coughing when she was Nikhat and Nuzrat (?), surely there has to be something wrong with her? Because CVs won't show her doing something like this without any reason, there has to be something BIG behind it, right? Maybe there is something wrong with her, maybe she has an illness (God forbid).

But if that did happen then I want Ayaan to be with her. I mean like, I want him to care for her so that they get together and he leaves Zoya to be with Asad. 😆

Yup I just posted something similar in another thread. I think she will have some sort of illness. The coughing and Nikhat saying shes nazuk makes it seem like its something that has been happening for awhile.

I hope nothings wrong coz I like her with Ayaan and yes it will keep him away from Asad's Zoya 😆
