There is no way in hell that a 16th century Rajput Princess would behave in such an obnoxious and outrageous manner with anyone...least of all her legally wedded husband! There is a limit to which you can use creative licence and when you are making a show on real people and that too historical figures, its best to keep it as real as possible!

Aishwarya brought so much dignity and grace to the character of Jodha...and she looked every inch a princess.

IKR.. So so mad.. the girl's like Rajput so she doesn't speak much Urdu I think.. but whatever little I have seen of this show the guy who plays Jalal is a tad bit better.. his Urdu is grrr.. I'm like boy shut your mouth.. no diction, no pronunciation.. they read of a book or what? 🤢

This show is far from being real.. very far..

LOl are you kidding me?!

The only two who speak very good Urdu on the show are, Rajat & Ashwini!! (Maham Anga). The rest I agree, have problems with the level of Urdu being used on the show. But these two do a splendid job of their Urdu.

Pari, does speak very good Hindi too.

Rajat is the only one who has singlehandedly, elevated this show to the level it is on currently. ⭐️ And to be fair, that is fact.

I've absolutely no idea. Aish am sure, was much closer to the original Jodha! She was marvelous in the movie! 👏.. Such grace, dignity, restraint & yet cool temper to her!

This Jodha many a time, behaves like a fisher woman . Very disappointing behaviour.

But there are times she does manage to act very, very well

To be fair, tv as a medium is incomparable to movies. The scale & budget is far lesser, and tv kills your creativity. The kind of shooting schedules they have, even Amitabh Bachchan woild find it tough!!

So when you see genuine actors like say a Rajat or a Kunal Karan Kapoor, they BLOW the mind! 😃

So do all my Urdu speaking friends who really dislike the chap but talk all nice about his Urdu. Well, takes all sorts I guess. 😊

I don't know the guy enough to like him or dislike him.. and I haven't seen this show much either.. here and there maybe.. but yeah as far as his Urdu is concerned.. it's bad..

Hrithik was good with his urdu in JA not perfect but much better than this guy..

Paridhi is so average as Jodhaa, both in terms of looks and acting.

I love Rajat Tokas as Akbar though, he is such a fine actor.
