Pavitra Rishta 20 Years Later: Arjun-Purvi Separated Read!

The wait is over and the much hyped leap of Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta is here. The show starts with Manav (Hiten Tejwani) and Archana's (Ankita Lokhande) 40th wedding anniversary post twenty years. Meanwhile, Manav is also seen asking his granddaughter to reduce weight and to diet. We are introduced to Sachin's wife, who is greedy and wants Manav-Archana's property. She asks Sachin to get ready for the celebration. Though Sachin seems to ignore her advice, he says that she has changed him a lot regarding the same. Teju knows about Sachin's wife's character and she back answers when she asks her to get ready for the celebration. The celebration finally arrives, and Archana and Manav are seen cutting the cake in the presence of their family with guests. Purvi (Asha Negi) enters the scene without her daughter. Sachin and Purvi give speech, and praise their parents for their togetherness, but somewhere Purvi is upset. She has been staying away from Arjun (Rithvik Dhanjani) for 20 years. Purvi is upset with her life and Ovi asks her to forget Arjun. On the other hand, we see Purvi's daughter Pari hates her father as he cheated his mother. While Archana's family stays in London, there is also Soham's (Ankit Narang) family who stays in Mumbai. Soham has five children of which one is Ankita (Ankita Lokhande-Dual role). We are shown that her family struggles for survival and the family's burden is handled by Ankita, elder daughter alone. She takes care of her two brothers and two sisters. She is shown saying her brother Prashant that after she passes in her exam, she will get a job and makes him study. Ankita is shown as hardworking person who doesn't believe in God. Soham is shown as careless and drunkard person who doesn't respects any. He tortures family for money in order to drink.
