At some level in her brain, Jodha knows how much Jalal prices her & yes even values her. She has a good idea that despite whatever he might say about her being a gift to his Ego, she affects him in ways that no-one else ever has. Not much of an idea, but somewhere , SOME idea. And so expects him to agree to everything she says.

Which is why I call her benevolently diabolical. 😆

Ya. Even in the dad baar scene when she goes to save Moti Bai using her vachan farmaan as a weapon, at the last minute she caught hold of Jalal's arm & he melted faster than you can say "intense" 😆.

She did that as much as a genuine plea, but somewhere it made me feel that she also did it because subconsciously she's aware of her intensely passionate effect on Jalal..
