Kat in sooraj's next ?

Sooraj Barjatiya who hasn't directed a film since Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon back in 2003, has been waiting for his lucky mascot, Salman Khan's dates so he can start shooting his next film.

The film that was postponed indefinitely due to the actor's packed schedule, has finally gained momentum. For starters, the leading lady has been finalised. Katrina Kaif will be seen starring opposite Salman in the film. Besides, filmmaker Boney Kapoor who had blocked the actor's dates for his untitled next has offered to give it to Sooraj.
"It's a gesture that both Salman and Sooraj appreciate a lot. Salman has wanted to revive his mentor Sooraj's banner and career as a director. Boney's generosity has put things back on track," says a close source.
Apparently, it was Salman who brought Katrina on board for the film. Needless to say, the development hasn't gone down well with Kat's contemporaries who've been eyeing the slot.
