Madhu's marital status...Married or Unmarried?

If cvs want then she is married if not then she is single

I read a post here in March, the writer had done research to what constitutes a Hindu marriage and whether it will be considered legal in the eyes of law.

As per that post, when a couple declare themselves as husband and wife and their family as well as society have seen them living together, they're considered married irrespective of whether proper rituals were followed or not. These days all marriages have be registered within a particular period post marriage. I remember 'coz the Panditji who presided over mine gave me hell for not getting it done immediately.

So, yes, THEY'RE MARRIED.

Also, today CV's showed RK calling the Press and giving out the statement that they're back together.

agree.im though not well aware of hindu rituals but someone in this forum posted dat in punjab 4 pheras marriage is a custom and its legal and above all contract is intact.so they r husband and wife.i dnt knw why people r putting up this question after 8 months of their marriage

Radhaji will insist on 7 pheras and it will be fun to see them going through all the rituals.

I know 4 pheras also make a shaadi valid.

As to your 8 months question, it is 'coz Madhu now has options ... and some prefer that option. 😆
