Well if they are married then Madhu could have taken the legal route when RK threw her out of his house. I would say that their marriage is verbal which is not legally documented.

Since they have lived together for 6 months as husband and wife so now legally the court will see them as a married couple ... even if they did not follow a single ritual or didn't get their marriage registered.

She could have taken the legal route but maybe her pride wouldn't want that - forcing herself on a husband who didn't want her around. Or maybe she was in a shock, unable to think and analyze her situation that much.

I think she is not coz they didn't show any court marriage ... I don't believe any contract document can become a marriage license in court!

Anything in a court stamp paper does not become legal..there are some terms and conditions... I know this coz my dad and uncles deals with court stamps and registrations...

oh ok but that contract has terms regarding marriage that if shammu pays 40 lakhs their marriage will be over. So hmmm
