They signed official documents stating that RK and Madhu are husband and wife until Madhu or her father repays the 40 lacks

Until they both sign official documents terminating the first contract they are married.


But I would love to see them get married fully traditionally with all the rituals!! 😳

By Hindu rituals I guess they are unmarried.

RK however isn't very traditional or religious, so I guess to him it doesn't matter whether he has 4 pheres or 24!

To Madhu I thought it would matter, but it didn't which was confusing.
To Madhu she was married, so I guess it doesn't matter whether she took 7 or 4 pheres.

But even by Hindu rituals, peoples opinions vary. Some on the forum who are Hindu say they would accept a marriage based on 4 pheres, whereas some say you should do 7 and go completely by the book. So I guess both are right in their own ways. I'm not a Hindu, so I won't say I think one way is correct and the other is not.

People are saying they are legally married because RK made Madhu sign a contract. As far as I know such a thing does not exist in law. You have to specifically register your marriage. RK making Madhu sign the contract has no bearing on the legality of their marriage. They are legally unmarried. Such a contract would never be enforceable in law.

But I don't think we should really bother with this. When the writers want it, RK and Madhu are married and when they don't want it RK and Madhu aren't married. The writers are happily mocking marriage and making a joke of their own show!

if throwing mangalsutr on face n poring sindoor on floor ..comes under marriage yep she is married...

coz I don't know phersa but magalsutr is main in any hindu tradition ...n they r shown Maharashtra'ians in show so as per them they r unmarried...

n legally..they didn't sign legal papers..n just a thumb impression from shammu which is invalid as per law coz no court consider physically oir medically unfit person's sign or thumb impression is invalid...so not legally wedded

n lastly he announced b4 whole world they r unwed which in reality never was a wedding

hence in any way they r unmarried...as per any tradition...

only CVs know how they r using nay of the aspects as either marriage or no marriage...

Sorry to disagree.. if you have followed MEIEJ closely... they are not shown as maharashtrian..they are staying in mumbai..but RK a kundra is a Punjabi and MB's mother ran away from a place called Madhubani..thats in BIhar.. and in both the culture Mangalsutra is not the main thing...

and they were legally married , if you go in flashback where reporters asked MB whether they were married she clearly confirmed to press that yes hamari shadi ho chuki thi lekin ab hum alag rahte hai...

So its very clear and there is no doubt about it that they are married couple

she is still feeling bcoz CVs showed her a sentimental fool..but in reality they were never married in any tradition b it legal or illegal...its more like watching a show where girls live in their own mindless life supporting the man whom they love n feel they r married...but in reality which society accepts this as marriage except in MB show...also if mangalsutr is not main thing wht is main thing in that marriage? n why paddy wear it untill she wanna move on???

ok leave bihar or any other place just tell me 4 pheras or smacking magalsutr on face n pouring down sindoor n thumb impression of a almost dead patient who is foster father of the girl comes under marriage...its just we being the fans of their romance accepted it but CVs gave a seriosu reality check only after marriage n then only this question araised... if u c even b4 all this there r lots of people here who ariased this question which fell in deaf ears coz of the romantic hearts of we people...which include me...
