R.K. and MB had said that they will be married as soon as they complete the 7 Pheres.
This says to me they themselves knew that what ever they had done was an incomplete ceremony.
R.K. made a great deal of the fact they had to complete the ritual before they could move forward.
Calling her "Biwi" was his way of ownership and then dumping her and proclaiming her "Ex-Biwi" was saying you are nothing more than my property
R.K. taking her back and now saying she is his "Biwi" again does not clarify whether she legally or otherwise his wife.
R.K. was playing at being married before and he is doing it again now.
Playing house with somebody does not make them legally married.
