Second, your post had me ROFL'ing. To answer your question in one fell swoop, this PH is notorious for good starts, but poor execution after the serial has taken off. If IPKKND, one of the previous shows produced by the same PH, is anything to go by, this is about to get a whole lot worse. Consistent characterization and compact story arc are not strong points of this PH. You're in for a bumpy ride dear...

I agree. I haven't seen any many shows nowadays which can show passion and chemistry without physical contact.
I mean physical contact plays an important part in creating chemistry but nowadays many shows just play up the physical chemistry (be it manhandling or any other type of physical contact) to make these couples look so so so hot.

I would love to see actors who could literally set the screen with just an eye contact,the type of chemistry where they dont need to be close or within each others space to make us feel the simmering passion between them.
Such chemistry is a treat to watch, where the actors do so little but the impact is so huge and you are left wanting more and more.

I guess only a few lucky couples get such chemistry because I only saw this type of chemistry once long time ago on TV and that was when I actually realised what passion between two characters meant 😆
Now I see such chemistry in a few Pakistani shows.

I think even story-writing plays a major part in creating such chemistry because the actors can bring it out only if they are very sure about their characters and story.

Depth should be obvious, not found. SC is based on a classic piece of literature, hence depth. QH (and I don't want to pit them against each other) is based on a story written by drama writers - Some of whom were thought a little maturity by the IPK viewers for their PR and story flaws

See like you see the depth in SC, I dont. They have a classic literarture but I felt like watching HDDHS and Devdas mediocre version so far maybe because I dont have SP channel and I hate watching shows on YT. Also, Its too early to say about deptness is all I can say and lets see if they can stick to original plot if they can I will jump in to rewatch as that would be something new, going against tide.

When QH started people bashed its too slow, why so less lead story. But I loved how they took time in building it and so far I am not seeing too many flaws(I dont believe there will be one with none, its fiction afterall). After that people bashed on slap, then PH, there has been always something...

I have watched three of 4Lions shows and if I did not want them to do well then I would not have pointed out how they were messing up. QH has cast off all semblance of logic and is acting more like a the early 2000s K-soaps. It was better than that. They are good with symbolisms and good stories but they are totally selling out. The loyal viewer needs to hold them to the very bar they set with previous shows and even this show early on.

This is my first serial with PH really, I tried to watch few Geet episode after I watched PV, for GC. But sorry none of the character or story impressed me, was there story even, it looked all just chemistry(maybe YT watching😕 went against it). GC wont say half of his scenes looking into Geet's eyes. And Geet, pregnant zero size😔 seriously there only I lost Geet. And her crying bechari act was overly done..

Here I really like all actors from Karan, Surbhi to Shalini,Alka and their characterization in QH. Yes Rishab is slacker a bit but can always hope he will come around so far he didnt have too many scenes and his scenes with Asad has been good.

They seem to be holding bar for most of us here..

About all roar on angry male and negativity, comeon they show what viewers want to see, why blame them. Most long running shows have disgusting past and present, why they run so long😕

The abuse I have seen in PV so much, but so surprised no one, just no one, complained😔, thrashing around a pregnant woman for guy's own guilt, where little kids were watching and here anything makes headlines😕..

I wonder sometimes if people are really trying to resolve society issues or their is some personal agenda against actors or PH😕 as some of them have ignored completely all this, on other shows before.

In the end will just say, next time will want to see the defender in you too, and yes some of your quests are valid and since its in early stage, we can both hope they will address it..

Depth is found in the building of a character which happens at the beginning of a story. So, yes, depth can already be found as early as now. SLB has every right to borrow from his own movies, at least he won't have to borrow from others.' Gul has been borrowing heavily for her own shows, most scenes and even the story have direct parallels but that cannot be an accusation. It is a little lack of creativity.

Since you are not seeing flaws, please read the questions I posted. Add to that today's and yesterday's developments. 1. How did Razia know Tanveer's evil potential without knowing her? 2. Since when does Zoya have the cliched Anastasia music box? We never saw it when she opened the box before.

Thanks for not to subtlely pointing out that I am the minority here. Given that most of the replies here agreed with me however, gives a wrong idea.

I don't see the logic of this. Just because there were bad shows in the past that showed horrible things, Hindi soaps now have a license to be regressive? There were mass murders in the past who were born human. I am born human, does that give me license to be a mass murder? Ridiculous analogy but it kind of makes people see the lack of logic in this argument.
