Why are they mixing Tarkasur and Shumbha Nishumbha

Well nice episode but why are they mixing two big stories. Why cant they show it one by one?

Both are independent stories and should be shown separately. They are big enough and many episodes can be made on each

Shumbha Nishumbha story includes Chanda Munda and Rakta beej. I think they will skip these two

What iis the need for this?

don't see any romantic moments coming.the way he placed her hand on her head seemed like he was treating a kid.i want some romantic moments not teacher student thing.😭

Shumbh, Nishumbh, Raktabeeja, all have become powerful due to their power. Raktabeeja's quality of getting another Asura getting created like him from drop of his blood was a boon, from his penance. This gives way to Durgama's story after Tarakasur's killing. Shumbh & Nishumbh has taken over Swarga & taken away the rights of main Devatas. Once again Indra will be out of Swarga.

Exactly Meenu thats what I am saying it should be after and not paralleled

Shumbha was the king of Patal He was not under Tarka sur

I think that Nandini is talking about them overlapping the reigns of Tarakasura, Shumbh/Nishumbh, Vritra & so on. Indra lost his throne several times in history, and right now, he's already out of Amravati, so there is nothing for Shumbh/Nishubh to do as far as he is concerned. If they just show these 2 being sent by Tarakasura to attack Himavan's kingdom, then it'll look like these 2 had no enmity w/ the devas, just w/ Mahadev.

Taki is being made into a Ravan-like figure - Ravan sent all his generals, sons, brother, nephews to fight Rama and get killed, before going himself. Looks like they'll have Taki send Shumbh, Nishumbh, Vritra and who knows who else to combat him.

There is also the question of sequence. From what I understand, Kartikeya was born before Ma Durga's first appearance, so they are pulling in her role. Which is not too bad, b'cos many years passed b/w Parvati's marriage and Kartikeya's birth, so they'd need to fill that w/ something. Durga was also invoked by Parvati after Ganesh was beheaded, but I'm sure that that was long after the deal w/ Mahishashur at least, if not Raktabheej, Shumbh, Nishumbh, et al.

Anyway, the intro was awesome - I really look forward to a siggie that has them beheading each other before the heads coming back & them hugging. 😈😆

*Lo shuru ab CV Sabotage ka silsila ho raha hai* 😆😛..looks like Taaki baby went and cried about his role coming to an end too soon and 'koochicooed' the CVs into bringing Shumbh Nishumbh 😛

raktabeej story is related to kali avtar..much more later than tarkasur..shumv nisumv and tilottama stories comes much later..seriously its overlapping

I think after the grand wedding they needed to show some new twist soon to keep the viewers hooked.

They could have given both Mahadev & Parvati a break, and gone to the Indra vs Vritra story. Since most of the major players here - Indra, Vritra, Dadhichi, Brihaspati et al are pretty familiar faces, the serial would have done just fine for a week or so, and after showing that, maybe show the Samudra Manthan, highlighting Vishnu a bit before bringing back Shiva & Parvati. A few more events, and then have the birth of Kartikeya.

one of the channel guys said on twitter that we will be getting to see Mahakaali very soon(nitin jai shukla,i asked him about it,he said its planned for the next ME,and the promo will be out soon!sorry about the spoiler though!)

so i guess this is a route to that only..

i guess they are doing this to pave way for Parvatis more ferocious avatar!

but whatever it is,its bizaare...for starters as Vrish said Takki wasnt a ravana type ruler,Swarga had multiple rulers,and Indra was dethroned multiple times...*honetly i would have loved to see that!).

but seriously the Cvs are overlapping and confusing the tracks BIG time!!!..

ideally shoudnt they have been dealing with Vritra first,then Takki and then these guys

but never the less im kinda exited...it will be good to see Kaali Maa!

im guessing now the story will have equal coverage for both Mahadev and Parvati!
