Early morning at Snigdha's house ..
She was awake from a long time waiting for her friends to call her .. at midnight also no one came to wish her ..neither anyone called.. this was really shocking for her ..it had never happened before that her friends forgot her b'day ..
She was frustrated and was staring at her cell ..
Suddenly it rang .. she saw an unknown number .. she scowled .. Wrong number bhi aaj hi ke din aana tha ..
She picked up the call with the intention to cut it as soon as possible ..
She spoke a bit rudely .. "Hello "
Guy : Hi , Is this Snigdha ?
She was surprised .. "Yes .. who is this ?"
Guy : "I called up to wish you a very happy b'day .. may you have lots and lots of dreams and they all come true .. may god bless you with all that you have ever wished for "
Snigdha was touched .. her tone softened "Thanks a lot .. but am not sure I know you .."
The guy on the phone started laughing .. "I was told you could guess my voice within 2 seconds .. Maybe your friends don't know you well "
Snigdha was seriously not getting .. who is this guy .. voice is damn sexy .. hmm seems to be charming guy .. but which friend of mine has told him that I will recognise him '
She wondered " Seriously .. I don't know who you are .." she was sceptical .. her mind running with all her friends' voices
Again he started laughing ..
Now she could hear a girl's laughter also .. Snigdha was getting a bit perturbed .. what kind of a prank is this ..
Gal: "Happy B'day Snigdha .. Do you recognise me ?"
She asked "Who are you ?" now she was really getting pissed off .. some friend of hers was playing some stupid prank on her and she was not even able to recognise them ..
Again the guy and the gal started laughing ..
Gal : "You start first .. introduce yourself " .. she told the guy
Guy : "No ' ladies first " he said in the most polite voice ..
Gal : "Hi Snigdha .. I am Shakti Mohan .. I am on this conf call which is arranged by your friend from NY .."
Guy : "And I am Kunwar Amar .. I am on this call from Mumbai .."
There was silence from Snigdha's end ..
K : "Hellooo "
Sh : "Snigdha .. are you there "
S: "What the hell is going on .. I know some friend of mine is playing a stupid prank on me .. that too on my b'day .. I just hate that friend of mine whoever is doing this .. playing with my feelings for Arsha "
Sh and K : "Hey .. hey "
Sh : "Please Snigdha .. its not a joke .. we are really Shakti and Kunwar .. "
K:"Yes .. please believe us "
S: "How can I .. " she was too irritated .. she was thinking of cutting the call when ..
Sh: "Kunwar ..dekha ab yeh haal hai ki .. mujhe koi pehchanta bhi nahi " she said in her most sweet voice
K:"So what can I do .. she doesn't even believe me " he was also a bit low ..
Sh: "Chal Chal .. tumhara charm kum ho raha hai .. jab tak main thi toh bada bada phekte the .. ab kya hua .. meri naak kaat di tumne " she said a bit sarcastically ..
K :" Maine .. what rubbish .. main apni taarif khud ke mooh se nahi karta ..tumhari tarah " he was irritated at her now ..
Sh: "please .. mujhe meri khud ki taarif karne ki koi jarurat hi nahi hai .. ab chalo use batao tum kaun ho " .. she said proudly ..
K:"Snigdha .. I am really Kunwar Amar .. from D3 .. ab aur kya bolu .. " he genuinely tried to convince her
Sh: "Aise koi manta hai kya .. if I say like that.. I am deepika padukone .. toh manegi kya meri baat " she said pompously .. she knew what was going to come ..
K: "Is mein deepika ko beech mein kyon la rahi ho " he was shouting now ..
Sh: "Ok ok .. dukhti rag pe haath rakh diya " .. she starts laughing ..
K:"Shut up .. we are not here to argue over your stupid jokes .. we were called to wish her and make her day " he came back to his senses and his tone was sober ..
Sh :"Oops ..Sorry .. Snigdha .. kaise vishwaas karau that I am Shakti Mohan" she was quiet for sometime as no one spoke .. "Kunwar .. tu toh bada prince of indore banta phirta hai .. bol na kuch "
K :"Snigdha .. please believe us .. we really called to wish you on the request of your friend" "
S: "I think the way you both are arguing , I can believe you " she started laughing .. she had been so intrigued by their banter .. she knew that no one else could imitate and fight like them .. none of her friends can be so good at acting .. it has to be the "REAL " them ..
Sh:"Thank God "
K:"Dekha .. jab maine pyaar se samjhaya .. toh samajh gayi .. nahi toh tum .. " .. he said sneeringly ..
Sh:" Whatever .. by the way Snigdha I have sent you some goodies from here .. you will receive them today or tomorrow " .. she tried to ignore his comment and changed the topic ..
S: "Wow .. thanks a lot .." she was smiling widely ..
Sh:"You are most welcome .. but tum iss Kunwar ko mat chodna ' treat lena .. " she immediately spoke ..
K: "Yes , main teri tarah kanjus nahi hoon .. Snigdha , what do you want dear for your b'day?"
S: "U mmm Umm " she was a bit confused. . didn't know what to say ..
Sh: " If you are having some trouble , I can help you " she said as if she knew what to ask exactly .. she was the boss ..
S:" Wow .. thanks Di .. what should I ask him ?"
Sh: "Wow .. Kunwar teri toh lag gayi .. " she brust out laughing .. "Snigdha do you know to drive a car ?"
S:"Yes Di .. I learnt it just a few months back .. why " she was a bit confused ..
K:" Shaks .. don't you dare " he warned her with his tone rising ..
Sh: "Ha Ha .. its her b'day Kunwar .. you can' t deny her wish .. Snigdha , ask him that you want to drive his Scoda Laudra " she said with her sweetest voice .. .. "Yu huuu .. yes .. yes " Shakti went in a mode ..as if she had won a trophy .. she had beaten Kunwar .. because she knew Kunwar was very passionate about his cars .. he won't let anyone drive it ..
K:" No .. ways " he vehemently denied ..
S:"Please Kunwar .. " I pleaded ..
Sh :"Ya .. please Kunwar .. bacchii ka dil mat todo " she coaxed him ..
K: "Actually it's a new car .. I haven't driven it much .. so .. I will take you on a drive .. " he tried to reason ..
Sh:" You know Snigdha .. he loves his car more than his GF" before she knew what she had said ..
S:"How do you know this Di ?" she immediately asked ..
Sh : "Well all guys do that .. " wrapped up quickly and changed the topic .. "Don't you want to ask anything to him regarding D3?" heaved a sigh ..
S: "Ya .. I want to ask you .. when are you coming back as Kria ?"
Sh:"Umm .. I haven't thought about anything right now Snigdha .. seriously don't know what's store in future for me .. but why don't you ask Rey if he will accept Kria back" she was good at turning the tables to Kunwar .. if she was ever in an uncomfortable position .. she made sure even he was part of it ..
K:"Of course Rey will accept Kria back .. what kind of a question is that ?"
Sh:" Ya .. already you are fida over the new girl .. didn't expect this from you " she teased ..
S:" Me too Di .. I am so hurt by Rey " she was sad ..
K:" Come on .. you gals are just trying to corner me .. I am doing what CVs want me to do ok .. " he was sounding so fore lone ..
S and Sh both started laughing .. "Guys will be guys " they shared the joke between themselves ..
Sh:"Hey Snigdha .. Happy Friendship day .. " she chirped ..
S:"Thanks Di .. Amar .. Happy Friendship day to you too "
K:"Thanks dear " he was at his charming best ..
Sh:"Isse toh friendship ka meaning hi malum nahi hai " she was annoyed '
S:"Kyon .. what happened" she frowned ..
Sh:"He didn't call me on friendship day .." she wailed ..
K:"Hey .. Hey .. I called you Shaks .. but you didn't answer .. ok .. madam so rahi hogi " he tried to convince her ..
Sh :"Of course tum mujhe tumhari subha subha phone karoge toh main kya karun .. couldn't you have called again .. " she was irked ..
K:" Arre .. aur bhi kaam hai mujhe .."
Sh :" Yes .. mujhe toh sab bhul hi gaye " she said sorrowfully ..
K:"Shh .. no .. none of us have forgotten you Shaks .. D3 gang misses you like anything " he said lovingly ..
Sh: " Me too " she was so soft ..
K:" ok .. ok back to Snigdha .. so what else do you want to ask ?" he was back to his normal self ..
S:"Hmm .. when will we see an Arsha Dance "
Sh :" Soon .. but ,he has to dance to my tunes .. I mean .. the way I choreograph "
K:" Anytime for you Maam " he smirked ..
Snigdha burst out laughing .. she was just loving this conversation ..
K:" Don't you want to ask anything personal to your Di .. like .. umm has she met anyone special there .. " he stressed ..
Sh:" KUNWAR ' "
S :" Who is he Di .." she was eager to know ..
Sh : " No one .. he is just pulling my leg .. nothing else ' ok " she tried to put an end to the topic there ..
S:" Batao na .. please .. main kisiko nahi bataongi "

K:"Period"
S again laughed at the way they were trying to beat each other on every little point ..
Sh :"Hey Snigdha .. got to go now .. Have a great day .. Wish you have all the happiness in life .. all your dreams may come true .. "
S:" Thanks so much ,Di .. you both have made my day .. "
K:"Chalo is bill ko Amy ko bhej dete hain "
S:" Amy ?" she asked ..she was shocked ..
K:"Ya she had requested us to call you "
Sh:"Please Kunwar .. who kangal ho jayegi .. "
K:" Haan tumhe toh dollar mein dene honge na .. bechari .. "
Sh:"Shut up .. I am not taking a penny for this .. I love my fans .. I can do anything for them .. you are the one who is earning so much ..you pay .. the senior most in D3 .. a big bully "
K:" Please I am not a bully .. and about the bill .. I was just joking .. "
Sh: "You won't believe Snigdha ..kitna pareshaan kiya hai isne mujhe D3 mein .. hamesha bully karta tha sabko "
K:"Enough ..chal chal .. tujhe sona nahi hai kya .."
Sh :"Dekh mujhe bhaga raha hai .. now don't tell me that I didn't want to talk to my fans .. ok Snigdha .. "
K:" Urrgh ,' Snigdha .. wish a very happy b'day again .. have a blast .. love you "
Sh:"Love you Snigdha "
S:"Thanks so much Di .. thanks a lot Amar .. this must be my best b'day ever .. I can't think of anything else to say .. just it was WOW !!"
K:"Bye Snigdha .. Shaks .. ek baat hai .. Churmur khaya kya , NY ke street pe .. "
