Ashu may have admired BB or BB would have coerced him however the fulfilling BB's wish was probably more important to him than his own as BB got him home... Let us remember during Priyanka's wedding Ashu mentioned that BB saw him fighting with dogs for "roti ka ek tukda"
Such memories haunt you for life.
Regarding the music instrument and Birthday celebrations I am taking Ashu's statement at facevalue. He did not mention regret... He stated it as a matter of fact...
1. I started playing because BB likes.
2. I never celebrated as BB had his own way of celebrating.
Ashu is not the adopted son... He is a boy BB got home... Ashu wasn't young enough not to know and so i don't see him exercising his options assertively. I am sure he tried to please BB as much as a young boy would fear being left out again.
.. Not many people have that close friends... It is obvious that Ashu was a shy person and he didn't really have any friends.. That is why Mallu is so significant in the first place... He he was surrounded with friends then Mallu significance would have reduced.
I agree many people get adopted the sense of security that a home, a family provides helps one to cope up.
I feel.. (Again not pitying him as there are adoptions in my family too) Ashu did not get that sense of security. BB was his guardian... HE didn't even know BB had a daughter...
So what did he know about the man... so any act by Ashu seems like a way of pleasing BB , a way of showing gratitude.
