Chapter 11

Here Comes the Little Princess

Akash sat in his living room watching the replay of Uday Manyata press conference. So Manyata never actually said yes to him her smile was nothing but a goodwill gesture. What did actually go wrong thought Akash as he knew Manayata was no more in love with him .Right since her separation with Udayveer ,Akash was always there to help her, to cheer her .They went together in parties , social gatherings, business conferences and she indeed was gratified by his support and friendly presence but then her actions lacked the warmth of love which she exhibited long back as Moniya. Akash knew Manyata won't be Moniya again as he himself was not same Akash but then was his love so weak that it was just blown away by a mere change in personality or was Udaveer's effect on Manayata so strong that it grew better with time. But then he did not want to loose Manyata so easily not to Udayveer .

Manyata was busy in answering the congratulation calls which had flooded at Rajmahal right since her patch up declaration in the press conference, her room was already packed with bouquet and cards. Mahrani Komal and Maharaj Brijraj were delighted yet surprised at their daugther's sudden decision to be with Udayveer as they had lost all hope for her relationship with Udayveer . Maharaj Brijraaj and Maharaj Giriraj congratulated each other as now their children were together again. But then there were few people for whom the news was not at all a surprise. Vijay Banna and Unnati always knew that Manayata and Udayveer would reconcile one day as they were the only one who saw the shine in their eyes by very mention of each other's name.

Rajmata Mrinalini Devi smiled at Maharani Komal who was all excited at her daughter's decision and wanted them to see together under same roof as soon as possible.

'You are right Maharani Komal ,I think we should let Manyata be at Udayveer Mansion ,their two will have enough time with each other', said Mrinali Devi

'But why not our Rajmahal, its Udayveer mahal Maa Saheb!',exclaimed Koamal as she felt no need of sending Manyata anywhere when she was already at Udayveer's place.

'Do I really need to explain why , to mother of two daughters Maharani Komal?', smirked Mrinalini Devi as she looked at Maharani Komal. Maharani Komal flushed and smiled as she understood the real reason behind Maa Saa's advice .

'Maa Saa u always know better than me', said Maharani Komal as she smiled to herself 'I too am waiting for my grandchildren'. The two ladies exchanged smiled and thanked God for bringing happiness in there children's' life once again.

Manyata sat in her flowers packed room reading the cards and smiling lost in her own fantasies when her cell phone buzzed she sighed as she heard the voice of Akash , she knew she needed to confront her past before moving on to the future .She decided to meet Akash thoug she knew it wont turn out to be a memorable one.

Manyata reached hotel Green Garden as asked by Akash and found Akash waiting in the lobby he lead her to reserved area. He didn't spoke a word as he seemed too engrossed in himself. At last Manayta broke the silence.

'Akash please stop pinching me with your unbearable silence, better talk it out',said Manyata impatiently.

'Talk what Manyata is there anything left to be talked, U have already insulted me publicly by making fun of my proposal ,used me like some payed escort to the parties and now left me just for that pathetic Udayveer.',screamed Akash as his own last word seemed to pierce him hard.

'Akash I was not left you at all .you have always known that I am married don't you ? Its just that our realisation of love has come so late .I always made it clear akash that I would never divorce udayveer ,then why did u ever think of proposing me Akash why ?',Manyata asked as Akash's allegations irritated her

You did decide for divorce,you sighned the papers don't u yelled Alash as her lie angered him.

How do u know about that Akash as I never told anybody but my lawyer and my parents questioned Manyata inquisitively. Akash did not answere and looked away as Mnayata tried to look into his eyes.So it explained it all.The proposal the rumour all was planed by Akash along with J.

'Oh Akash ,you did it all with J,' Manyata shrugged 'If only I had power to banish, I would have banished you to hell',

'I know nothing, what I know is that u have loved me as well and u just can't leave me for some infatuation u feel for him', pleaded Akash as he clasped Manyata's hand into his.

'Yes I have loved u and I do love u now as its u who told me the meaning of love', said Manayata as she looked into his eyes her eyes livid with emotions , 'It's because of u I know that what I feel for Udayveer is love and only love and nothing else. I will always be indebted to u Akash for being in my life but then please let me go and move on Akash as your Moniya has grown into Manyata',said Manayta as she slowly pulled her hands away from his.

'So u r leaving me for that Udayveer right', yelled Akash as he banged the table , his eyes blazing with fury which shocked Manyata as she backed from the table .

'I think I have already explained myself Akash as I do love u but not the way I love Udayveer, my love for u is that of companionship and no more ,its Udayveer I want to be with , not just in this life but in all lives I may ever live', Manyta rose up from her chair to leave but then was pulled back by Akash . Akash had already lost all his patiens as Manyata's repeated love for Udayveer angered him. He could not accept the fact that his Moniya who hated every bit of Udayveer was now so much in love with the man who actually mercilessly manipulated and destroyed their love.

Manyata tried to free herself but her feminine strength could not last in front of Akash as she found herself pinned on the wall,she cried out of helplessness and only word that came out was Udayveer . Akash despised the very mention of the name and his anger had no bound, he just wanted to have Moniya as very thought of loosing her to his greatest enemy pierced him deep.

Udayveer has been trying Manayata's number since an hour but it answered unreachable. He was at Rajmahal smiling and acknowledging the heartiest congratulation that came from people around, every servant seemed to be happy for their Yuvrani Manyata as they all loved her for her graciousness and generosity. Udayveer was surprised at the frankness and yet a deep instilled respect with which they expressed their happiness and well wishes to him as they seemed to take him as their own just the way they took their Yuvrani Saa ,Their own .

Vijay Banna was surprised to see Udayveer at Mahal and asked him what was he doing here as he should be at hotel green garden.

'But Why at Hotel Green garden?,' asked Uday all confused.

'Well didn't u call Manyata to meet there', said Vijay Banna as he had overheard Manyata on phone and thought that she was talking to Udayveer.

'How long since she was gone ?', asked Udayveer alarmed as her phone was also not answering.

'Well its more than an hour, strange part is that she is not picking our phone', said Vijay Banna with cocern in his voice as now Udayveer's alarmed face troubled him .

'Damn it Vijay Banna !', Udayveer exclaimed as he rushed to his car, Vijay Banna followed him and requested to go with him as he himself got worried about Manyata and knew she must be in some grave problem.

'How could I be so careless ', thought Udayveer as he drove the car as fast as Indian roads could permit. He knew Akash was like a half killed snake with his failed plans. He knew for Akash Manyata was now just a precious piece of thing which he did not want to loose to him, just the same way he felt for Mnayata when he had met her. But then he had let her go but Akash seemed more interested in avenging him then in Manayat. 'So be it Akash', muttered Udayveer as he parked his car and dashed into the hotel.

The receptionist clearly understood the matter as she has already been listening to Yuvraj Udayveer and Akash competition for Yuyrani Manyata ,she silently pointed towards the reserved area and sat back on her seat now waiting for media to come as she knew media always followed Yuvraaj Udayveer Singh whatsoever the matter may be.

Manayta was all in her jungle billi mode as she had already bit Akash in his hands but then poor girl had her own limitations . But then suddenly it all stopped and she found herself free. Akash was taken aback by the surprise punch on his face as he turned to see Udayveer all ready with another punch and then another. Manyata ran to Vijay Banna and clutched him tightly all shocked and frightened like a helpless lamb while Udayveer gave Akash the worthy share of his punches.

Manayata was still in shock as she sat in the backseat of car , she still tightly clutched Vijay Banna her head on his shoulders with Viajay Banna consoling her. Udayveer looked through the rear mirror at the brother sister duo , he knew Vijay Banna did treat Manayata as his sister but today he realised the softer side of Vijay banna as he found that Vijay banna was not just an intelligent chatterbox but a man who did care .He smiled to himself as he remembered Unnati's words about Vijay banna Dada Vijay is much more then what he seems to be , so his Chutki knew more about Vijay Banna than others !.

But then his thoughts trailed back to Akash again as he saw Manayata her face all pale and her continence all dim , his jaws clenched as he remembered how helpless she was, fighting hard with her own psychologically obsessed ex-boyfriend .Now he needed to be more careful with Manyata's security as today Akash seemed to be no normal man but an obsessed maniac who wold surely hurt himself as well as people around specially Manyata.

Manyata composed herself while she entered Rajmahal as she did not want her family to panic with Akash fiasco ,Udayveer and Vijay understood her concern but then they were strict with her security now and Manyata got a good lecture from her brother and husband about her carelessness regarding security . It was only after her continuous repeated apology and promise that she was actually able convince them but still both had their own concerns and decided that she would never leave the Rajmahal without giving proper information of her whereabouts .

Unnati helped Manayata in packing while she chirped how dada had made Udayveer Mansion more of a Bachelor Mansion and now it was Manyata's responsibility to make it a home. It was after a long time Unaati and Manyata shared such a heart to heart talk as both the ladies felt the maturity in each other's attitude .Manyata smiled as she observed that now Unnati talked about Vijay Banna as much as she talked about her favourite Dada .

'So after your Dada, Vijay is your next favourite aa haan', Manyata winked as she looked at Unnati who flushed but then feigned to be surprised at Manayata's comment.

'Don't try to be smart with me Unnati ,I am your Bhabhi Saa ,u can't hide that I am in love emotions by rolling your eyes at my brother's name', said Manayata as she pulled Unnati's cheek which had already coloured out of blush.

'Bhabhi Saa aap bhi ...' ,Unnati could not continue as she blushed and diverted herself to packing clothes .

Manayata knew how much Vijay Banna liked Unnati and was overjoyed to find that fire was on both sides. Manayata decided she needed to talk this out with Uday as soon as possible as she could already picturise her Vijaya Banna as a shying bride groom and Unnati standing by his side smiling at him as a bride .What a perfect picture Manayata thought but then she was jolted by Unnati's voice

'Bhabhi Saa ! What are u doing? You are packing water glass in your suitcase !'said Unnati

'What? ', Manyata looked at her hands, she was holding water glass all ready to put in suitcase, the two ladies looked at each other and knew what was actually wrong and laughed aloud as they both knew they were dreaming of a beautiful future.

It was a heartfelt Vidaai but then nobody cried as all were happy at this reunion and had their eyes set on only one thing Naya Mehman, all blessings showered at Udayveer and Manyata were nothing more than a sweet request or an emotional extortion for future grandchild. Manyata could not raise her eyes as she seemed to have gone into a nonstop blush mode as all expected her to give grandchildren as soon as possible. Udayveer did smile but inside he was all embarrassed at such demanding request specially with Unnati's and Vijay banna's mischievous smile .

At last somehow the vidaai ended and both sighed as they sat in the car but were surprised to see Unnati in ,chuckling at her Dada's embarrassment.

'What are u doing in here chal bhag yahan se', said Udayveer angry at her giggling all ready to pull her ears.

'Come on Dada I am my Bhabhi Saa's only Nanad and I have full rights on her as much as u okey', said Unnati pointing finger at Udayveer trying hard to stop smiling at her Dada's frustration.

'And yes Dada Udayveer Mansion is not just yours its equally mine, now be a good driver and drive the car', said Unnati enjoying every speck of word she spoke and embraced Manayata her loving bhabhi saa who was enjoying the brother sister noke jhok. Both the ladies shared a mischvious smile while Udayveer drove the car. All his anger evaporated as he looked at the perfect picture of the two ladies in the rear mirror ,the two ladies he loved most one his wife another his sister but then he knew , this duo was really going to give him a hard time.

Udayvver sighed as he realised that Gone are the golden days of bachelor-ship as now on , it was time for wife and children !!

Manayata took a deep breathe as she entered Udayveer Mansion a beautiful two storey banglow with plush green surroundings ,built in old British style.It was for the first time Manyata saw Udayveer Mansion in day light and it looked even more gorgeous.It was not rajmahal but it was no less then it as the interiors matched with the rajmahal with ancestral life size painting in the hallaway but then the living room was just the contrast with modern design .Manayata looked through the large glass door at the beautiful view of the plush green garden .A soft breeze caressed her face as she stood their her arms folded mesmerized at the beautiful trail of red roses lined along the fences and their it was the fountain as its spring of water sparkled in the daylight , her thoughts wandered to the night she had fainted down their and a soft smile spread on her lips as she rememberer how Uday had taken care of her.

'Princess there is much to watch inside as well' ,said Udayveer as he put his arms around her.

'Lets have lunch first I am hungry like an elephant', said Unnati ordering the cook to serve lunch instantly .

Unnati was all in her chirping mode and the two ladies discussed about the garden , the kitchen ,the interior and a needed bit of renovation .Udayveer found himself excluded but then he didn't care much as he was busy contemplating about client he had to deal. The talks of the ladies did alarm him as he felt his poor house wont be the way he wanted it to be but then he sighed as he knew this was bound to happen as ladies had their own taste for interiors though now he just wished to have strength enough to bear.

'So dear ladies the house is at your disposal as I have to go for an urgent meeting, I just wish I get it in same structure and whatever change you plan is acceptable enough ', winked Udayveer as he quickly finished his lunch,

Manyata and Unnati skewed their eyes at Udayveer and spoke together ,'What do you actually mean?'

Udayveer knew he was caught but then he had no time to argue with duo as he had an urgent meeting to attend ,he quickly raised his hands to accept his defeat 'I am out of this', he said and quickly moved out of the dining room .

'So Dada to gaye , come Bhabhi Saa I will show you the house', said Unnati as she pulled Manyata all excited to show her the house.Manyata soon realized that the house seemed to have endless numbers of rooms and all so long and wide corridors.

'Has your Dada planned to make this mansion hotel as well ',Manyata was tired of walking and bored of seeing rooms after room all lavishly decorated,she did not understand why they had so many rooms when needed not more then two or three.

'Bhabhi Saa why do our Mahal have so many rooms ',queried Unnati trying to explain .

'Well it's a Rajmahal ', said Manyata soothing her tired legs.

'Well then this mansion is no less Bhabhi Saa , this Yuvraaj Udayveers Mansion ', said Unnati raising her hands gesturing an obvious action.

At last after a tiresome yet interesting errand of the mansion the ladies decided to rest .Manyata entered her bedroom big enough to accommodate both the rajparivaars but her weariness evaporated as soon as she saw the paintings Merline Munro around.She further explored the room ,it had a massive big Almira having endless number of men clothes all neatly arranged and then there was a sofa as big as bed 'why sofa when there is already such a big bed', thought Manayata .She sat on the bed looking around the room as she found so many unnecessary things in the room and the one she felt most unwanted was Merlin ,she hated to see her paintings that too so shamefully dressed.She decided to have them out of her room once and for all as she called the servants to remove them.

Udayveer was all excited as he came into his bedroom,but then instantly moved out of it as he thought he entered the wrong one.

'Where are u going ?',,he heard Manyata from behind and he turned back to see Manyata dressed in her usual pink night gown.Udayveer came in and stared at the empty walls.

'Princess where are the paintings ?', asked Udayveer in surprise .

'In the trash' quipped Manyata as she took the gift pack from Udayveer's hand' What is in it ?' she asked as tried to open it.

Udayveer stopped her and took away the packet as he wanted the his answers first and asked 'Do u know those paintings were the masterpiece,all painted by famous painters? '.

'But then they forgot to paint her dress Uday!',exclaimed Manyata 'She seemed to wear tatters and had such odd expressions'.

'Princess ', sighed Udayveer as he knew there was no point in arguing with Manyata as the girl was all naive when it came to sensuousness and seduction .But then he smiled as he saw Manayata who was more interested in the gift pack he had snatched away from her then in giving explanations to her actions which she felt she rightly did.

Manyata failed to get hold of the gift pack as Udayveer seemed too swift for her and at last gave up and sat angrily on another side of bed .

'Okey fine princess if u don't like those paintings we wont have it but then u have to wear my gift or else those paintings will be back at their places', said Uday as he put the gift pack in her hands.

'Of course I will wear it ',said Manyata without opening the pack, 'I really like your gifted dresses remember that white one it was so beautiful,obviously this one would be better', Manyata giggled as she eagerly opened the pack.

Manyata picked up the dress and looked at it her eyes skewed ,eyebrows all knitted together 'Whats this ?,you want me to wear this a handkerchief ummm' a big handkerchief ', she asked as she looked at Udayveer and then at the dress.

'Well sweetheart choice is yours either u wear the dress or I bring all those Merline paintings in', said Udayveer pointing finger to Manyata all ready to move and fetch the paintings.

'Fine Fine I will wear this'..',said Manyata while scrutinizing the dress to actually understand how to wear it as it looked nothing more then a bit bigger ladies purple handkerchief.

Manyata moved towards the bathroom but then she turned to look at Udayveer with her pleading eyes just in case Uday change his mind but then shrugged away to see his mischievous eyes and stomped towards the bathroom.

Udayveer sat all his eyes set on the bathroom door fantasizing Manyata in thin purple night wear but it seemed to take too much time to open. At last he knocked the door

Manyata was struggling with the nighty as poor girl was trying hard to put herself in the skin fit dress but then she seemed to fail again and again .Udayveer knocking the door irritated her even more 'Uday I am trying to fit in, please give me time',said Manyata trying her best to hide her irritation with her polite words.

'Princess its half an hour since u are in and yes please do open the zipper , its on the left side', informed Udayveer while laughing as now he understood Manayata must be trying to wear it without opening the zipper.

'I know ,I know ',said Manyata trying her best to hide the embarrassment in her shaky voice as she realized how fool she has been not to observe the zipper.

At last she successfully had the nighty on and triumphantly looked at herself in mirror but was shocked to see herself , the nighty hid nothing ! .She swiftly wrapped the towel around as she dared not go in front of Uday in such a transparent nighty .

Udayveer smiled as the door opened but then it was gone as he saw Manyata all wrapped in towel 'Where is the night dress?', asked Uday as he looked at Manyata.

'Look Uday u told me to wear it so I fulfilled your promise,I am already wearing it ',said Manayata as she moved to close the lights .

'But where ? I can't see it ', said Uday as he threw himself on the bed all angry.Manyata enjoyed that child like anger on Uday's face as she caught a shady glimpse of his handsome face in the dim light of night lamp .She gently made her place beside him and then slowly crossed her legs on his as she sat herself on his lap ' I think now u can see ',said Manyata as she gently removed the towel and smiled playfully at Udayveer.

Udayveer was left speechless as he marveled at her beautiful figure , her brown hairs falling softly on her shoulders and her skin gleamed golden brown in the shady dim light .He pulled her to himself making her fall on his wide chest.

'I think Merlin should remain in trash forever as I have got Manyata who is way sexier then her ,' smirked Uday as he slowly encircled his hands around her and twirled her around .

Manyata could feel her body flush under Uday ,his gentle caresses made her tingle and his love made her moan out of ecstasy .

Udayveer gently moved his lips on hers and murmured 'So what does my princess want a boy or a girl'.

'Whatever u give' ,Manyata whimpered as she was all lost in the bitter sweet sensation of joy delivered to her by her prince charming.

'Bhabhi Saa, Dada ',Unnati banged the door rigorously as it was already eleven o clock in the morning .Unnati was fed up attending her brother's call from office ,the maids had already tried to wake them up but no answer came so at last poor Unnati ended up banging their bedroom door.

Manyata woke first and was surprised to see so much light in the room and looked at the watch,God it was too late ,she rose up and quickly slid herself in her night robe and rushed to open the door.

'Come on Bhabhi Saa are u both planning to make me Bua in one day',smirked Unnati as her anger vanished when she saw her Bhabhi Saa 's cheek go red .

Maharaja Giriraj had no good news for Udayveer as he sat with his legs awkwardly crossed on the couch as he was not at all used to modern style couches Udayveer had .

'Uday Beta I can rely only on u for this,I know it's a rigorous two month schedule but then u r the only one who knows this hotel industry so well,this is your chance to prove,its only u who can crack such high price deal with our foreign alliances', explained Giriraj as he understood it was not right time to send Udayveer on business tour but then it was the golden opportunity which he did not want to miss and he knew his son was best when it came to negotiations.

'Okey dad I will',said Uday reluctantly as he knew Manayata was not at all going to like it but then he knew his father was not wrong as such opportunities came very fewer .

Manyata knew it was difficult but then she assume it was difficult for both of them ,to be away for so long as two months, specially when their married life had just started after an year long rocky journey.But then she understood they cannot run away from their responsibilities ,specially then when her husband was the managing director of a large business and she had now two riyasats to take care off.

Manyata immersed herself in work as she found that it was easiest way to make time run fast.At nights she had Udayveer on phone talking his all day out ,though all his stories ended in few lines whereas Manyata's story went on and on until Udayveer slept as for him Manyata's talks were no less then lullaby which instantly gave him a nice sleep.

Manyata found Unnati as her best companion and friend as she eased her tiresome work with her nonchalant talks and Vijay banna was all their to give her a comic relief ,she observed Unnati and Vijay Banna stealing glances at each other and often relieved them to have time of their own by busying herself with doctor uncle and Dadi Saa.But then work seemed to take toll on her as she felt herself going weak all of a sudden ,though she drank a lot of water still she felt dehydrated and started disliking food as she lost her appetite.Her pale face alarmed Dadi Saa as she found that Manayata has been over working since last few days but then her years of experience did tell her more than it actually seemed to be.

Manyata had to go for checkup as Dadi Saa was too strict to be ignored and the reports of the checkup did evoke a wave of happiness in the Rajmahal as their first grandchild at last decided to come.

Manyata had never seen the two families ever so happy before and with happiness came a flood of advices from everybody around , right from eating habits to sleeping habits everybody seemed to have a better idea.All of sudden she felt all so important and everybody was extra careful for her now.To Udayveer the news was all so obvious as he was all ready waiting to hear it any time.

Manyata had never seen such Uday the way he behaved now,as now even her slightest cry alarmed him and her smallest need seemed to be an ultimate task .Sometimes she ended up laughing as she saw his concerned face even at her normal headache.

Slowly the time passed and the child started showing itself and with every passing month Manyata's mood changed as well.Manyata who never knew the word tantrum now was the one to throw them the most,poor Udayveer sometimes did feel victimized as their were times when he had to drive all way to some special chhatwala to get her favorite chaat or just walk with her on Marine Drive because his princess wanted to go on a romantic walk .But then Udayveer ended up loving her more and kissing her breathlessly after any such tantrum as he knew his princess and the little princess inside her were the one he loved most.

Udayveer had already shifted most of his office at home as he could not bear the risk to be away from Manyata as her time came nearer .Maharani Komal had already requested to let Manyata at Rajmahal but then Udaveer wanted to feel and face the most happiest and most critical moment of his life all by his own .His decision did anger Maharaja Giriraj and Brijraj as they felt Manyata could be best taken care at Rajmahal,but then Manyata herself decided to be with Udayveer as she knew that for coming little princess nobody could be better then her own father .

Udayveer was happy to know that all his three deals which he had done during his foreign tour had materialized in a project as Mr. Right his foreign relations manager informed him .Maharaj Giriraj and Maharaj Brijraj raised a toast for Udayveer as they sat celebrating his success .They were surprised to see Unnati who had come running all breathless.

'Is Manyata alright!', asked Uday as he knew Unnati was with Manyata .

'No Dada just lets rush her to hospital,she is in pain and do the hell with your cell phone,'shrieked Unnati as she had tried hard to inform on phone but then she had to rush.

Soon the whole family reached the hospital Manyata was already their going through her labor pain.Manyata was too afraid to go in the room as she had clutched Udayveer's hands tightly ,the doctor's word were of no use too her as she felt she would die.At last doctors decided to let Udayveer be with Manyata in the labor room.Manyata sighed as she saw Udayveer by his side and knew now everything would be fine as whatever may happen she and her child would be safe .Soon she was taken away by an enormous endless pain and then a came a sublime relief as she heard her little princess cry ,the joy of having her was much more then the pain she went through .

Udayveer seemed to have lived hundred lives in those critical long minutes of Manyata's labor when he saw the love of his life go through that enormous pain just by holding on his hands as he could still feel the pain that Manyata went through to have their little princess on their side .But then the joy and happiness that the little child brought was worth the pain his princess Manyata went through.
