Part 19

Maan was sleeping in the lap of Geet for more than 3 hours…. He unknowingly was finding some kind of solace there…. He was slowly getting up and was feeling somewhat better and was wondering the reason when he found himself lying on the lap of his wife and her hand holding him tight….. he looked at her… she was sleeping in that position for don't know how long??? He looked at her angelic face and found a peaceful smile… he was drooling on her when he realized she might be getting hurt in that posture… when he tried to move she woke up…. She looked at him and asked

Geet:- aap theek ho na???

Maan nodded and was stunned at her concern for him when she was herself hurt…

Maan:- do you know how sweet you are???

Geet smiled and said..

Geet:- ummm nops!!! I don't know…. tell me…

Maan smiled at her innocent mischief…

Maan:- my Mishty is becoming naughtier day by day…

He got up and she kept her head on his shoulder and spoke

Geet:- sangat ka asar hai Mr. khurana…. Ab hatiye I have to help Nakul in kitchen… di will come here tonight…

Maan found himself still holding her wrist tight … he didn't want to get up coz he was having a fear to lose her but he doesn't want to hurt her too… so he got up and was going to washroom when he turned and said

Maan:- Geet plz come soon….

He instantly left and a tear drop fell down her cheek….

She could get his insecurity of losing her and that pain brought a wave of rage in her and she became more determined to teach that Sameera a lesson which she will never forget….

After dinner everyone included Asmita who was there on Geet's request that night got up and left to their respective rooms…. Maan was still lost…. Seeing that she got up and started executing her plan…. She went to garden and called Sameera… Sameera who was expecting her call had an evil smile on her face…. She picked it up and spoke

Sameera:- Look Mrs. Khurana I helped you as a woman coz I thought I would be saving your life from a devil but plz that doesn't mean you can call me and shout on me anytime….

Geet who felt like slapping her hard controlled her desire and spoke

Geet:- Ms. Mehta I mean Sameera… I am sorry for being rude…. But I called you to say I do believe you and I am with you… I too have a doubt on my husband and I want to teach him a lesson… I thought you would be a great help…

Sameera smiled broadly at Geet's stupidity and she was on seventh sky coz she got a partner in her mission so she gladly said but with a tinch of smartness…

Sameera:- thank goodness you got the right path Geet otherwise that devil would have destroyed your life too… but regarding helping you I don't want to involve in his matters further but for you I will surely help you…

Geet got agitated by her words but she calmed herself down and spoke..

Geet:- thanks a lot Sameera…. So generous of you!!!! Bye will see you soon..

She kept the phone down and was pissed with her useless talks….

Geet:- batameez besharam behaya begairat bacchalan badmaash bandariya… how dare she talk evil of my Maan… ab mai tujhe batati hu ki revenge kya hota hai… now u''l get to see Geet… let me correct Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khurana…. Babaji plz be with me to teach that chudail a lesson…..

Asmita who was standing just behind her was initially shocked hearing Geet's talk with Sameera but later on was laughing at her those b graded Gaalis…. She controlled her laughter and with surety that this girl was up to something went to her and patted her shoulder…

Geet who was busy cursing sameera was shocked at the sudden pat and was praying that it should not be him… she turned around to find Asmi standing there with a straight face and questioning eyes…. Geet to a breathe of sigh and hugged Asmi…

Geet:- uffo di you scared me… I thought I was caught red handed by him…..

Asmi:- Geet abi pucchna padega ya tu apna muh khud kholegi….

Geet:- haan di… aapko nhi bataungi to kisko bataungi… wait let me make few calls….

Geet called Adi who was fast asleep… she called him twice but he didn't picked up so she called at his landline… he got up at the loud ring of his landline and he picked up and stammered kaun ullu ka pattha hai itni raat ko …. Geet smiled and spoke….

Geet:- Adi!!! Ullu ki patthi ka phone nahi hai… uski to band bajani hai…

Adi realized it was geet …. He straightened himself and apologized… Geet asked him to come to outhouse asap… he asked her twice that she wants him to be there at this hour to which she shouted

Geet:- Aadi abhi yahan aao warna mai tumhara chashma tod dungi…. Aur haan pick Pinky up from her home…

Adi:- pinky bhi????

Geet:- aaadddiii !!!!!

Adi- accha aata hu baba… tumhe bhi patani kya ho jata hai geet….

She smiled and called pinky too….. and after making few more calls she came back to Asmi…

She held her hand and took her to outhouse… Asmita was wondering what this girl was upto…. She kept on asking but the reply she got was "just wait di batane ke liye hi to bulaya hai"……

After sometime Asmi found Adi pinky and then Sanchit entering outhouse….

Sanchit:- Geet !!!! what happens to you sometimes…. Mujhe dara diya….

Geet:- Bhaiya !!!! darna aapko nahi darna to kisi aur ko hai….

Asmita:- Geet ye sab kya hai… aur tu kya paheliya bujha rahi hai… bahut der ho gayi saaf saaf bata nahi to ek lagaungi…

Geet:- Di bata rahi hu na….

After that she explained each and every situation along with her plan to all four of them… all of them in the end were left mouth opened….

Asmita:- tu pagal ho gayi hai…. Us badmaash se panga le rahi hai…

Geet:- panga mai nahi le rahi di panga to usne liya hai who bhi do do baar …. Ek baar mere Maan se aur ek baar mujhse… ab to who gayi….

Adi:- Geet Maan sir ko pata chala to who hume kaccha chaba jaayenge….

Geet:- oho!!! Adi tumhe unse darne ke alawa aur koi kaam aata hai….. don't worry I'll handle the situation…

Sanchit:- waise kiddo tere andar itna dimaag kahan se aaya….

Geet:- bhaiya aapka hi to mere paas hai aapka to khaali hai na filhaal…

She giggled along with Asmita….Sanchit made a pouted face…

Geet:- hum kal se apna plan shuru karenge… MISSION BHAGAO SAMEERA……

She give the hi fi to everyone and Adi and Pinky left…. Asmita was about to cry when Sanchit spoke

Sanchit:- no Asmi …. Plz no emotional scene abhi to thrill chal raha hai… show ke end me rona….

She hit him playfully and Geet laughed….

Asmi:- Geet u know Gaurav was the one who rescued Maan from her evil deeds coz Maan was not in the state to even speak…. I didn't saw Maan more restless ever than that day….

Geet:- di I want to know how Bhaiya saved him…

Asmi- will tell you… par ab Ghar chale…

Geet:- ghar chalke plz!!!!

Asmi:- okay baba !!!

They all went back to KM…. Geet brought coffee for all three of them… and Asmi started

Asmita:- Geet u know what !!!! the one thing I regret in life was that I was not with my brother when he needed me and same is with Sanchit…. We both were on our honeymoon during that incident and the people here didn't even acknowledged us…. They didn't even bother to tell us…

Geet:- but di it was obvious!!! Honeymoon pe koi q disturb karega???

Asmita:- when my only brother was suffering with pain….. but I was assure because Gaurav was here with Maan like shadow…. Geet their friendship was divine… one could die for other…

Geet:- I know di… I too have seen some proves….

Asmita:- hmmm…. So where were we???

Geet chuckled:- on honeymoon !!!!

Asmita:- shutup !!!! and listen…… and yeah no rona dhona….

Geet became straight coz by her words she knew she is going to learn the pain he faced…

*FLASHBACK*

Gaurav went to meet Maan to police station' there he was initially not allowed to meet a rape accused easily but finally he was somehow able to meet him for sometime'.

When he entered he saw Maan sitting quietly in the corner of the room as if he was in some great shock' a tear drop fell from Gaurav's eye to see him in this condition' he went to him and spoke

Gaurav:- Maan !!!

Maan looked at him quietly' a spark was there in his eyes seeing his best buddy standing in front of him but The guilt of the undid crime occupied his thoughts and he looked down'.

Gaurav was fully understanding his situation'. All he could say was

Gaurav:- Maan jab tak mai hu you don't need to worry' aur haan plz don't blame yourself coz we both know you are innocent'

Saying that he took his sign on some papers and left from there and maan was little relieved but the aroma of guilt was higher in his mind'. Guilt to make his dadima upset and disgraced. Guilt to spoil his father's name' guilt to break the promise to his mom to always be a good human being'. He was suffering the pain, the guilt and the fear of losing everything' he knew Gaurav would defo get him out from there but getting out was not the end of his pain'. His pain was endless'

Gaurav straightly went to Sameera'. Sameera was occupied with a lot of media and she was again spitting out those senseless accusation on Maan' his anger was out of control coz for him Maan was his life'. He waited till media left her alone and then went to her'

Sameera was shocked to see him but he was smiling at her '.. he went to her and asked

Gaurav:- you did all this for money right!!!

Sameera:- who the hell do you are to ask me such a question'

Gaurav:- oh come on!!!! We both know Maan is innocent' but I am there to inform you that Maan cannot bear these accusations more so he is soon going to commit suicide and before that he is transferring all his properties to me coz he thinks I am the best one to handle his father's business' god I am so happy'. Like you I was too behind Maan's wealth' and because of you I am getting it' so I thought I could help you in any manner'

Sameera's eyes were wide open hearing each and every word'.. she was about to say when he again spoke

Gaurav:- its okay if you want me to go'

He turned to leave'

Sameera:- oh gaurav plz stop !!! I commit I was behind Maan's money' but you got that '. How are you going to help me then??? Marry me !!!!

Gaurav:- oh!! Of course sweetheart!!!! I came here to propose you for marriage only but'. Anyways I was going to propose you earlier too' I was asking Maan ki who meri aur tumhari setting kara de' but he and his studies' so now will you marry me !!!

Sameera:- but how could I trust you !!!

Gaurav:- i knew it was coming so here look at these papers'.

He showed her the property papers signed by Maan and she was on the seventh heaven' she couldn't believe her eyes'. Gaurav could sense her happiness' he smiled to himself'.

She in no time agreed to marry him and hugged him'

Sameera:- I thought you are his buddy.. I mean he trusts you more than himself'. But you too are a Dog'

Gaurav:- ofcourse sweetheart' I did a lot of effort to gain his trust and see here is the result'. And miss you too are no less' what were you planning to do huh???

Sameera laughed'..

Sameera:- we too are sailing in the same boat dear'. I did all this so I could get marry to one of the richest man in the city and enjoy my life'. I knew if he doesn't agree directly he will have to agree after so much of accusations' but here the table turns around' anyways I am getting what I wanted'

Gaurav:- yes dear and now you'll get what you deserve too'.

Sameera :- what???

Gaurav pointed at the media guy standing at the door and recording their conversation'Sameera was shocked to death seeing it' she turned towards him and was about to slap him when he held her hand

Sameera:- you dog !!! you ditched me' how could you???

Gaurav tore those papers in front of her and then slapped her tight and said

Gaurav:- although I don't raise my hands on girls but you are a ***** who played with my Maan's life' how dare you'. Don't ever dare to look at my Maan in future otherwise you'll find yourself standing with your own eyes in your hands'

Saying that he left from there with the media guy and within few hours the footage was telecasted on the channels and one copy was sent to police for evidence'

But after proper enquiry and approval Maan was released the next day'.

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

But the Maan who went inside wasn't the same maan who came out'. He was changed'. It was only he and Gaurav who knew his trauma'. Maan changed himself coz he was betrayed'. He lost the ability to trust anyone Geet' His pain cannot be understood by anyone of us..

Asmita started sobbing and Sanchit placed his arm around her'.

Asmita:- pata hai Geet' we never saw him smiling after that' he once smiled when he took Navya in his hands for the first time'. And that was it'. After that we saw him smiling only when you both returned from Paris' we lost our Maan then and you brought him back to us' don't ever let him back to that world Geet' don't let him become lifeless again'.

Geet held her hands'.

Geet:- di' I promise not to leave him in any situation' My love is not that weak di' I'll always be by his side'. Don't worry'.

Asmita caressed her head and spoke

Asmita:- you and Gaurav both came in his life as his angels' he has lost Gaurav but don't let him lose you'. Aur pata hai Geet tum dono bhai behen ek jaisa sochte ho' pehle friendship karke phir badla lene' he did same and you too are on the verge of it'. Go ahead'

Geet smiled with tears'. She was feeling the pain of her husband.. and was boiling for Sameera'..

Asmita:- chal ab soja'. Maan wait jkar raha hoga' mai bhi navya ko check karti hu'

They all went back to their rooms'. Geet found maan playing with Navya ,tickeling her and laughing himself' Geet promised herself to maintain that smile forever'. She was standing at the door adoring both mama bhanji when Maan saw her'

Maan:- pari there comes your mami !!!

Navya came to her and dragged her inside '. All three of them played for sometime'.

Navya;- mamu mami aap mere favourite ho'

Geet:- accha pari aur pata hai mami ka favourite kaun hai'

Navya nodded for a no..

Geet:- mami ke favorite hain pari aur pari ke mamu'.

Both of them laughed while Maan looked at her in aww' he lost himself in her sweet innocent way to express her love' he was drooling at her smile when asmita came'

Asmita:- shaitan ki nani !!! mai tujhe poore ghar me dhoond rahi hu'.

Navya:- par mammu aapko common sense lagana chahiye tha na' mai mamu ke paas hi to jaungi'

All laughed'.

Asmita:- common sense ki bacchi !!! abi batati hu tujhe' Geet ye sab tera hi kiya dhara hai' aur chadao ise sar pe'

Navya:- mamma pehle decide karo mai kaun hu shaitan ki nani ya common sense ki bacchi'.

Asmita:- chal tere papa se pucchti hu, wohi batayenge'

Saying that she dragged her out of the room wishing both a good night'.

Maan:- so mishty !!!! I am your favourite'.

Geet:- koi shaq!!!!

Maan:- no but your favourite wants a good night kiss then'..

He kissed her forehead

and both slept in each other's arms waiting for the next morning which is going to be adventure for Geet and shocking for Maan'.
