Guys saku di just msgd me 2 inform u that she has unexpected power cut so she is trying to update hard... She is saying sorry too...

@all- if i sit and explain my long sad story then it would really be longer than the update... just before clicking the post reply last night i saw darkness all around (power cut) and stupid UPS of mine isnt working...😭 i tried till 5 in the morning but all in vain...

Part 20:-

A new morning with a new day and new experiences entered in their life'.. Geet was that much exited that she wasn't able to sleep properly whole night'.. her eyelids started to get opened' she saw herself lying in his arms'

She got up and got ready as soon as possible'.

She went to prepare breakfast by herself before Maan gets up'.. She went to her room and found him missing from the bed'. She knocked washroom door but it too was empty'. She thought he might have gone for his usual workout but he wasn't there too'. She was shouting his name and was looking for him all around'.

When she entered the balcony of the room she found him standing in the corner of the garden downstairs watching some birds chanting and most probably was lost in his own world'. She had never seen him this much upset'. She literally ran towards him and hugged him from behind'. Maan was amused at her sudden reaction' he turned around and found a small tear in her eyes'. He didn't have the need to know the reason of her tear but he was unable to bear even a single drop in her eyes'. He hugged her tight and spoke'.

Maan:- Geet!!!!! Jaan I am here only'.. don't cry'.. you know I hate tears in your eyes' I am so sorry'.. plz Mishty I'll think that my love is not touching your expectations' and I am doing injustice to your unconditional love' I am unable to keep you happy' I am not worthy of you'.

Geet:- chup bilkul chup !!!! aapko pata bhi hai aap kya mayne rakhte ho mere liye'. Ek pal ko aisa laga ki maine aapko kho diya'. Mai aap ko sab jagah '..

She started sobbing'.

Maan:- (calming her down) Geet mai yahin to hu.. dekho tumhare saamne'. Mai kahin nahi gaya'. Bas thodi ghutan ho rahi thi isliye bahar chala aaya aur phir tum b to muje akela chhod ke chali gayi thi'. To mujhse akela raha nahi jaa raha tha'. That's it'. Mai yahan aa gaya'. I am so sorry baby!!!!

Geet looked at him with tearful eyes'.. She could sense the insecurity in his eyes which was clearly visible'. She knew what kind of ghutan that was'. She just said one thing that left him speechless'.

Geet:- Dil Dhadkan ko chhodta hai to pata hai na kya hota hai'.

He was clean bold by her style of pacifying'. he hugged her and caressed her back'

Maan:- accha sorry'..

Geet:- I was scared'jaan nikal di thi meri...

Maan:- you behave like a kid sometimes'.

Geet:- As you do sometimes'..

Maan:- whattt???

Geet:- Chilla kyu rahe hain???? Pados ki sharma aunty se baat kar rahe hain kya???

Maan:- what did you say???

Geet:- what???

Maan:- you called me a kid'.

Geet:- yes of course I did'.. so????

Maan:- you called Maan Singh Khurana a kid

Geet:- hmmm a lazy kid'.

Maan:- Geeettt from which angle do you find me lazy????

Geet:- from each'.

Maan held her waist tight and spoke'.

Maan:- Accha Mrs. Khurana so MSK is lazy'..

Geet:- (nodding for a no) My Maan is lazy in letting his heart out'.

Maan looked at her stunned and she simply smiled at him and pulled him inside the house'.

Asmi and dadima who were awaken by loud calls of Geet for Maan were standing and watching all this from a corner with a fear and hope in their eyes for Maan's reaction on Geet's next step'.

While Maan was getting ready Geet took out her notebook and looked at her list of steps'..

Di,Bhaiya,Adi,Pinky ko manana'' '

Sameera Chudail ko call.. '

Maan ko manana'

Geet:- uff babaji'. Plz give me some strength to emotionally blackmail my husband' and give him thodi si kam strength to argue'.. babaji raksha karna' sameera ki nahi meri'..

Geet was serving breakfast'

While having breakfast Geet saw Maan again lost'. She signaled Asmi and she shrugged her shoulders then she asked dadima who too was unaware' She blurted out loudly

Geet:- uffo to sab kucch mai akele sambhalu kya???

Maan looked at her shocked'.

Geet fumbled:- mmmeraaa matlab hai ki' time dekhiye na' time ka dhyaan mai hi rakhu' we are getting late for office'.

Everybody suppressed their laughs while Maan nodded in disbelief'.

Dadima signaled her to talk to him before office'. She nodded'

Maan:- Queen Elizabeth'.. have you opened the office at home??? Chalna nahi hai kya???

Geet nodded and got up being frustrated on missing a golden chance to speak to him'

Both were sitting in the car Maan wondering what is Making geet so quite' so he thought of asking'.

Geet who was about to call pinky to check for the arrangements , got disturbed by Maan's voice'

Maan:- Geet !!!!!

Geet:- hmmm

Maan:- are wah hmmm

Geet:- kya hai??? You concentrate on driving na'

Maan:- are wah aaj driving yaad aa rahi hai' aur who kya jo roz roz hota hai'

Geet:- kya hota hai roz roz'

Maan:- roz roz meri rose jaisi biwi chup nahi baithti na'because Shanti to Geet ki sautan hai na'.

Geet:- Hawww Ye shanti kaun hai???

Maan:- I said na your sautan'.

Geet hit him'. Maan was enjoying'

Maan:- accha meri jaan' I was kidding'.

Geet:- (st) babaji he is in a very good mood'. Should I spoil his mood'.but the other one is necessary too na' I'll handle his mood later on' I know how to light him up''.

She smiled at her own thoughts when Maan saw her smiling weirdly' he saw a tinch of something cooking in her mind' he was like pata nahi kaunsi khichdi pak rahi hai iske dimaag me'.

Geet saw a gol gappe stall and shouted'..

Geet:- plz stop the car'.

Maan stopped the car suddenly with a jerk and looked at her who was looking at a stall'

Maan looked at the direction and found her staring at a gol gappe stall near a park'.

Maan looked at her with red eyes and she wasn't even noticing'.

Maan:- if you have shouted a little more louder na then we might be eating those gol gappas on hospital bed'

Geet smiled at him like a caught kid and then with her eyes pleaded to go there'.

Maan denied but she was desperate and she was pleading when she saw no change in Maan's decision than she herself got out of the car and went straight to the gol gappa stall giving Maan an angry glare'

Maan shook his head in disbelief'

Maan:- (st) abi kuch der pehle she was houting to get ready early for the office but now she has to eat gol gappas'. And when I denied she made a face like gol gappa'..

Maan rushed behind her'. She was glaring at him' he smiled a little and held her hand' she jerked him'. She was about to speak when maan spoke to gol gappa wala

Maan:- two plate gol gappas with khatti meethi chutney and teekhe aaloo'..

Geet smiled and looked at him' he smiled at her and held her hand' she was looking at him when he gestured her to smile'.. she smiled broadly'..

Geet was having golgappas with fun and Maan was drooling openly on his wife'

Maan:- (st) Zindagi jeena koi meri Geet se seekhe'

Geet looked at him and offered him one' he had it in lost state unaware of the height of its spiciness'.

He coughed hard and Geet dropped the plate and rushed to rub his back' she offered him water and asked him with her eyes' he nodded back indicating he was fine' she held her ears and he nodded for a no' he payed to the gol gappa wala

She took his hand and pulled him to the park'. Maan indicated to sit on the bench but she pulled him more and they both sat on the grass'. Because it was early morning so there was not much sunlight and the weather was pleasant'

Maan was looking at her with disbelieving eyes and she was enjoying the surroundings'

Maan:- Geet abhi abhi at home you were shouting at me to be at office as early as possible' and now look at you'.

Geet:- uffo !!!! patidev'.. I didn't know na ki suddenly mera mood itna romantic ho jaayega'. Pati saath me hai aur itna romantic office hai to kambakht office kisko yaad rahega'.. bolo bolo'

Maan was speechless as he saw a tinch of naughtiness in her eyes' Man knew she was upto something'

Maan:- mujhe aisa q feel ho raha hai that you need something from me'

Geet:- (murmured) inhe sab kaise pata chal jaata hai' is he some kind of magician'.. yes he is'.. he is ruling my heart which is none other than a magic'.

Maan:- if you wanna talk to yourself than I must leave'.

Geet looked at him and laughed' Maan was wondering what made her laughed out loud'.

Maan:- geeettt !!!! whattt??

She pulled his cheeks'

Geet:- gusse me mera baby kitna cute lagta hai'.

Maan:- who baby???

Geet:- you baby!!!!!

Maan smiled at her statement realizing her mischief'..

Maan:- okay tell me what you wanna talk about????

Geet:- how do you know???

Maan:- I know my jaan!!!

Geet smiled and kept her head on his shoulder and spoke'.

Geet:- I just wanna say that I don't know why you left from the office yesterday but I want to u 2 work on the project brought by Ms. Mehta' I think the proposal is good and I don't wanna loose it'

Maan jerked herself away from her and looked at her who was trying to figure out his reaction from his expressions'.

Maan:- a straight NO!!!

Geet:- but why???

Maan:- I don't find any need to tell you'

Geet:- _______________________________

Maan looked at her who has a little tear drop in her eyes' he hugged her'

Maan:- I am sorry jaan' but you don't know that woman'

Geet:- but I don't find any need to know her'. I know she might have some kind of personal terms with you.. but how can the strict follower of the business rule book forget the biggest rule of business'

Maan looked at her with questioning eyes'.

Geet:- the rule to keep the personal and professional lives miles apart'.

Maan changed his expression to a thoughtful one'

Geet:- I want you to do this for the sake of the people who are getting benefit through this project not for anybody else''

Maan looked away..

She cupped his face and turned it towards her and spoke'

Geet:- Nothing is more important for me than you'. I just want to make sure your name doesn't get spoiled in market as MSK declined a deal just for his personal reasons'.

Maan was looking at her lovingly'.

Geet:- you'll have to accept it '.. gift me your yes'.

Maan was still in dilemma'.

Geet:- I trust you more than anything'. Remember it for your lifetime'..

Maan kissed her forehead and nodded for a yes' she jumped blurting out

Geet:- yeaaa !!! Thank you thank you thank you' ab mazaa aayega'

Maan looked at her and asked

Maan:- Mazaa????

Geet:- (puzzled) woh haan mazaa aayega un logo k liye kaam karne me' aap bhi na mujha baato me uljha diya'. Lets go to work'.

Maan :- (st) kyaa item piece diya hai babaji ne mujhe { he smiled himself on his notion of babaji'.. } but how the hell I am going to face that woman'. If she even think of harming Geet na I would literally kill her'.

Geet:- chaliye na'

She pulled him and they go towards their car'..Maan entered the office and saw Sasha coming to them'. He was pissed with Sasha for misbehaving with Geet so he wanted to teach her a lesson and show her position'.

Sasha:- Mk' I need to talk'

Maan:- we are busy'. Don't you dare to enter my cabin without permission'and remember your limit lines'.

Sasha:- Mk wo'

Maan:- not even a word Sasha' I have got enough of yours'

Sasha glared at Geet who was lovingly looking at her protective husband'.Everybody was looking at their direction and Maan saw that'

Maan:- (loudly) neither I am SRK nor my wife is kajol and their isn't playing some movie called DDLJ so that you all are staring with opened mouths' better everyone leave back to their work otherwise MSK knows how to handle lazy butts'.. (Looking towards Geet and offering his arm) Chalein Jaan !!!

Geet who was busy in noticing the second oh I mean hundredth face of her husband came back to senses' She smilingly blushed at the openly mention of Jaan'.and held his arm'.

After few minutes Maan called Adi'. Adi came and Geet asked him gesturing was everything ready' he nodded in his style' Maan noticed him moving his neck'

Maan:- any problem Adi???

Adi:- nnn naaahiii sir woh Gardan me moch aa gayi thi'.

Geet laughed.. Maan glared at her'.

Maan:- agar tumhari moch theek ho gayi ho to hum kaam ki baat karein???

Adi:- of course sir'

Sasha called Geet picked up'.

Geet:- Yes!!!

Sasha:- uffo why didn't MK picked up??? Well I need to inform you that Ms. Sameera Mehta is here'

Geet:- okay Sasha' arrange our meeting in conference hall'.

Sasha:- is it MK's order???

Geet:- okay phir mai tumhari unhi se baat karwa deti hu'.

Sasha:- nnooo ma'am.. I got it.. meeting is in next 15 mins'.

Geet:- better for you'.

Geet rolled her eyes'. She looked at Maan who was busy at his laptop'.

Geet:- suniye we have meeting with Samee----'. I mean Ms. Mehta within 15 mins'..

Maan:-oh no !!!! Geet I told you na I have to leave for a meeting to Gaziabad' then this meeting' reschedule it'.

Geet:- (st) isse accha mauka kahan milega???? (to Maan) she is here na so hw can we reschedule the meeting' you go I'll handle it'..

Maan:- no Geet!!! I cannot leave you alone with that woman'.

Geet:- hey babaji !!!!! patidev aap bhi na poore office staff ke hote hue hw could I be alone with her' Adi is here Pinky is here and entire staff is here too' Don't worry na I'll handle'

Maan was not convinced but he had to leave for the meeting coz he couldn't deny the fact that he was taking professional things personally which was not even ever in his rules'.. So unwillingly he agreed that brought a huge smile on Geet's face that left a suspicious impression in Maan's mind'.

Maan left for the meeting' Geet called Adi'

Geet:- adi pehla step ready??

Adi:- yes ma'am'.

Geet:- okay!!!

Sasha was bringing Sameera to conference room when she was interrupted by Pinky

Pinky:- Sasha ma'am you have an urgent call'..

Sasha:- cant you see I am busy with the client'.

Pinky:- but ma'am the call is urgent'.

Sasha:- phew okay fine.. Take Ms. Mehta to conference Hall' and yes be careful

Pinky:- sure ma'am'

Pinky deliberately brought her near a group of people chatting'

I:- what are you serious?? office me bhoot'

II:- yeah buddy' Sharma faced it in our archive'

I:- boss will never listen nor he will believe'

II:- What can we do??? Stay away from archive or what else??

Sameera rooled her eyes'

Sameera:- (st) what kind of supersticious people you have hired MSK.. I think you are still stupid enough to be fooled easily'.

She smirked' an evil smirk'.

They both were heading towards the conference hall when Adi called Pinky'.

Adi:- pinky' why cant you sit and complete your work once at a time.. go to your desk right now'. I have to give you some more work otherwise Maan sir will fire me and you both'

Pinky:- coming sir' ma'am plz the conference room is ahead'. Can you plz go by yourself' its jut few steps ahead'

Sameera fumed but before she could react pinky left from there'. She moved few steps ahead and found a board indicating Conference Room'.

She stepped inside and found the whole room darkened'. She was not sure why the room was dark so she moved ahead to look for someone' and the door got closed'.

She turned around to look at the shut door' She started sweating'. She was breathing hard' all she could do was shout for help but before she could shout someone held her leg and she was unable to run'. She could neither shout nor she could resist shouting' fear occupied her and she shut her eyes and was shivering.. the grip on her leg got loosened and she instantly got up ' she was about to run when she bumped into someone and fell on the ground' she was totally covered with all kind of dust particles and was loking brownish grey lol just imagine' dhool bhari Sameera'

She tried to look who was there when she found nobody there.. She got scared' she was unable to utter even a single word' She somehow managed to get up but there was horror music played in background' she sat there hugging her knees tight and she kept her palms on her ears to avoid that music'.

Slowly she opened her eyelids' Suddenly she saw something approaching towards her'. This was limit' she couldn't take it more so she shouted'

Sameera:- Aaahhh somebody plz help'. Bhoot bhooot'.. no plz don't kill me.. plz don't kill me'..bachao bachao!!!

She shut her eyes and everything vanished and Geet entered the archive'.she was holding her laugh tight when she saw the condition of sameera'.

Geet:- Sameera!!! What are you doing in archive???? We were about to meet in conference room'

Sameera:- but this is your conference room.. I saw the board'

She ran towards the entrance and saw an old board hanging and with Archive engraved over it'

Sameera:- this is impossible!!! I saw the board of conference room here' but there is someone in the room'.

Everybody went inside to find but there was noone'

Sameera:- NOOO''.. I saw someone' search properly'.

Geet:- Sameera noone is there'.but why are you in this condition??? What happened??

Sameera:- woh woh'..

She looked around everybody was looking at her' she looked at herself and told Geet to accompany her to washroom'.

Geet and pinky were there with Sameera'Sameera asked

Sameera:- Geet how come you find out that I was in archive'.

Geet:- pinky told me'

Pinky:- yes ma'am' actually I was finding it weird that some kind of voices were coming from archive like some kind of evil cat or evil bi***' oops sorry so I went to Geet to tell her' and when Geet and I arrived we heard your scream'.

Geet was controlling her laughter and Sameera was boiling at pinky's remarks..

Pnky:- this side ma'am'

Sameera:- no I wont believe her' believing her I went to that bhootiya archive geet you tell me the way to washroom'

Geet was unable to control but somehow she controlled and asked sammeera

Geet:- Sameera bhootiya archive matlab????

Sameera told her everything happened to her in archive including the employee's talks '

Geet laughed out loud' Sameera looked at her in disbelief'actually she was laughing at the whole incident loosing the control but later pretended to be laughing at her superstition'.

Geet:- oh come on!!! Sameera you are talking this nonsense stuff being such an educated girl'.. there is not any bhoot whoot in this entire world'.. this all is utter crap'..

Sameera:- but Geet I saw someone was approaching towards me' I saw it.. I i..

Geet:- sameera plz be quite' look you are safe na and jaisa ki maine suna hai' bhoot sirf unhe nuksaan pahunchate hain jinhone kisi aur ko nuksaan pahunchaya ho' and you haven't done anything wrong to anybody I guess so why are you worrying???

These comforting lines instead of pacifying her fear ignited a new spark of fear in her' she started panting and told Geet to call off the meeting'

Geet:- don't worry Sameera' that bhoot of yours will not chase you till your home coz these powers don't bother innocent people'.

Sameera:- I need to leave right now'..

Saying so she left' Geet has seen the tinch of guilt in her eyes and the ocean of fear in them'. She saw her leaving shivering and panting as if she is about to die of some kind of fear'. Geet was satisfied with her act but there was lot more to come'.

When sameera left the KC compound Adi entered with Sanchit in the dress up of a ghost and both started laughing.. Geet who was till controlling herself laughed her heart out'

They all were enjoying the incident'. Geet went home with Sanchit where dadima and Asmita were waiting for them'.

When they entered Asmi rushed to them.. first they made fake sad faces to confuse her'.

Asmita:- I knew it.. she is very clever'. Mujhe darr tha kahin who pakad na le'

Geet:- accha di????

Asmita:- Haan Geet!!! Us badmash se bhala humara kya muqabla??? But you two brother sister never listen to me' every time you two team up together and do such blunders.. God don't know what she will do now'

Geet and Sanchit smiled at her non stop blabbering.. Sanchit even imitates her'

Geet:- she'll go to her home and will wrap her up in some thick quilt and will keep shivering'. But you tell me di' Sasha ko itni der kaise roka???

Asmita:- was plan successful???

Geet smiled:- of course di!!! When we all are together can our plan ever be beaten up by anybody??? But you answer my question first

Asmita:- woh mai-----

Sanchit:- rehne de kiddo !!!! it is really easy for her' she might have been doing her usual bakwaas'

Asmita frowned:- oh to mai bakwaas karti hu'. Ruko I'll tell you' mai bakwaas karti hu..

Saying so she ran behind him and he ran upstairs'

Geet went to dadi and told her their whole plan and dadi couldn't stop laughing'..

Dadima:- is jeet par ek thumka to banta hai' Geet smiled broadly and started the music and both of them started dancing'.

Meanwhile both of them were dancing...Adi too came with Pinkyand later Asmi too join them blushing hard.. Geet started teasing her while they all continued dancing'. And here comes our prince MAAN' oops!!!

Maan saw them all dancing like mads' he quietly observed them for sometime and then when his patience level got over he roared..

Maan:- may I know ki mere gharwaale kiski baraat me naach rahe hain???

Freezzeee'.. All of them were rooted at their places Maan was looking at them and everybody was looking at each other for the excuse'

Dadima:- Maan bete woh' humnari kamar me lachak aa gayi thio to hum wohi dur kar rahe the'

Maan:- dadima aapki kamar ki lachak poori delhi door karegi kya???

Adi and his signature laugh'.

Maan:- adi!!!! Waise you were having sprain in your neck na' you might also be trying to remove it'

Adi:- yyyeeesss sir'.

Maan:- don't worry adi I'll remove your neck itself' na rahega baans na bajegi baansuri'

Adi:- but sir mujhe to baansuri bajaani hai I mean I need my neck otherwise how will I do my work'

Pinky:- Shutup adi sir !!!

Maan:-pinky you here???

Pinky:- actually jiju mai geet se milne aayi thi'.

Geet:- Basss!!!!

Everybody looked at her including maan'

Geet:- nobody will utter a single word now onwards'. And you plz stop this dusht danav avtar at home'. We aren't at office yes and we can do anything at our homes'.

Maan shook his head'..

Maan:- accha ab paani to mil sakta hai na'

Everybody smiled'.

Adi:- (in pinky's ears) the whole world is right'. Man is nothing in front of his wife'

Pinky:- why are you telling me this????

Adi:- nnooo you are getting me wrong' mai to bas aise hi'

Pinky:- (st) ye to bas aise hi' uffo babaji bas aise hi???

Later in the evening everybody was having tea'.

Maan:- Geet why did you leave office early today'

Geet:- ainvayi hi'

Maan:- ainvayi hi'. Good reason'

Geet:- plz stop cribbing na' its family time..

Maan:- okay but what about the meeting???

Geet:- it got postponed Ms Mehta wasn't feeling well'

Maan:- Thank God!!!

Geet:- kya???

Maan:- nothing' have your tea..

Geet looked at dadima and asmi and they all smiled at each other'.. this was the condition of Khurana mansion but somewhere else the environment was just opposite..

Sameera was still sweating' Geet's words were occupying her thoughts'

Sameera :- (st) what if Geet's words prove to be true' no what am I thinking I cannot be so superstitious' but whatever I saw today I cannot deny it' Goddd I'll get mad for sure'

Suddenly the power of her home cut off' she screamed but there was no one to listen to her'.then the door started to be patted badly by someone'.

She sat in the corner of the home and hugged her knees tight' she was breathing hard'

The door knocks vanished but she saw a shadow on the window'. She tried to run away but the door was locked from outside'. She fainted with fear' and Adi and Sanchit who were outside came back to their car..

Ad:- jijaji !!! I feel we should stop all this now.. Because this could even take away her life' I don't know but kya pata chudail ko bhi heart attack hota ho'.

Sanchit:- you are right adi.. I'll talk to Geet'.

Geet was satisfied with her day because she was feeling relieved.. She was not of that kind before because revenge word never existed in her dictionary' but for the person she loves most she could cross any limit'.
