Part 11

Today everything seemed beautiful, like she got everything. Her first love didn't remain incomplete. She had never thought that she would get so much happiness someday. Her heart was thanking god for bestowing her so much happiness. She could never thank god enough. It would be just less every time. She was now feeling stupid for not believing Maan- and thinking that he didn't love her.

She was still in Maan's arms. His warmth was soothing her heart which till now was filled with anxiety. She was however sad that she didn't trust him. But nevertheless she was happy. She had never ever thought that some day she would have a partner who would love her back, it was just like a fantasy come true.

She remembered the day when she first met him in temple. Then in office. Though she had always had crush on him but today she loved him for his beautiful heart. She loved him and felt pride that he was hers.

He was bit short tempered she thought but then she looks even more handsome with angry looks. Thinking that she giggled.

"Geet." Maan said, "tum kisi dabav mein aa kar toh han nahi keh rahi ho na?" Maan didn't want to pressurize her just because he loved her.

Geet came out of his embrace and softly wrapped her arms around his neck and came closer to him and leaned her face backwards and as she leaned her neck her lips parted- and without saying anything she closed her eyes- while giving complete submission to Maan.

It was conformation of her love to him. When he asked her if she too loved him, she couldn't say anything, didn't had words to explain that what she actually felt. Some times actions are greater than words. She leaned backwards inviting him to utopia in which she herself was. She wanted him to know what he actually meant to her. Wanted to tell him that he wasn't just a man to whom her parent wants her to marry. But he was the man whom she herself was deeply in love with. It didn't just liking but it was love... Not just in thinking but she could feel it in heart as well'

She couldn't have explained it so she thought to prove him' it wasn't that he asked for it' but she knew he wanted to make sure that it was no dream but truth' it was not doubt but insecurity of dreaming' coz just confession some times looks like a fairy dream' its really hard to believe. No body believes their fate so much' and especially when its matter of love. And so they need surety and that whatever is happening is not a dream but reality. The truth.

He looked at her for fraction of second and then slightly tightened his hold on her slim waist and leaned forwards and sealed her lips with his lips tenderly. And she then leaned more into him parted her lips to give him better excess.

He was so soft on her. It was actually surprising for her. She always knew him to be harsh and tough. How could such a man care for her so much? She now knew that he loved her much more than what he actually showed. He was indeed a mystery for her.

They felt so complete for the first time. Maan was actually satisfied that he got his love. That his love was not one-sided.

They broke. Maan was annoyed as he was still not satisfied. While Geet was profusely blushing. She didn't dare to look into Maan's eyes. She turned crimson when she realized Maan's gaze was still on her swollen lips. She turned her back towards him and slowly walked towards garden. Looking up in sky adoring the scenic beauty of clouds which were gliding in the smooth sky. Her silk like hairs were touching her cheeks as the soft cool breeze was touching them.

It was a very beautiful night. And why not. It was very special for Maan-Geet. After all it was the night of their confession.

Maan went behind her and wrapped his strong arms around her slim waist and hugged her tightly. It was that he wanted her to remain like that forever. He wanted to hold Geet as close as he could. He wanted her to remain in her embrace.

As for Maan- he never thought that he'll get all this happiness. He always ignored and stayed away from love because he was unsure. But now he knew that he actually loved Geet and not only that' but that his feelings were also being reciprocated. It was like feeling sun's raise from both sides.

"Maan" a moan escaped from her lips as he hugged her too tightly.

Maan looked at her and then loosened the grip a bit but still kept her caged in his strong arms.

"hum vapas kab jayenge?" Geet asked.

"bohot jaldi hai ghar jaane ki?" Maan said while kissing her cheek, "Geet kuch der aur ruk jao na' roz roz ye din nahi aayega'"he said. As he didn't wanted her to go. He wanted her to stay as long as time allows.

"nahi..voh.. Mamma tensed ho rahi hongi' unhe .. maine '." She couldn't complete. She was highly affected by his proximity.

"Pinky se keh diya tha' she had told mamma ... Don't worry... She knows you are with me'" Maan said taking her palms in his and kissing them ever so softly.

"Par'" she again said.

Maan got irritated' he snapped angrily, "I don't understand you Geet. If you don't want to be with me then why you said that you love me? I don't understand ' whats actually the matter with you? Kuch der tumhare sath rehna chahta tha ' ye sab kiya sirf tumhare liye ' taaki tum khush ho jao' aur tumhe abhi ghar jana hai'" Maan was hurt by Geet's indifference.

He thought that now he has begun to understand Geet. But here she was being so indifferent and that too after her own confession. He did not want to know the reason behind her behavior, all he wanted then was to spend time with her after hearing those golden words from her.. but after the promise of love she was acting so weird, so different..

"jao Geet" this was all he could say then. He couldn't just make her stay without her wish. It did meant a lot to him, her consent. And why not' he loved her bit more than he ever expressed. And saying so he stood at the side to give her space to leave.

Geet left. Without a second word.

And this act of hers did hurt him a lot, but he did said anything not even to him self. He loved her bit too much than to complain even to himself. But was his expectation from her was so big? Was so inappropriate for her to give consent, he thought.. may be she needs time' some more time!

She couldn't believe that she was actually proposed by Maan Singh Khurana. Her love, her only desire. She looked at her ring finger and then kissed it slightly, and smiled shyly. It wasn't her dream. It was truth. Then she blushed furiously thinking about their kiss.

"kya hua ji?... aap toh bada blush kr rahi hain?" pinky teased her.

Geet smiled a little and said shyly' "kuch nahi."

"achha' jaise mujhe kuch pata hi nahi' jiju se kya baat hui?" Pinky asked poking her shoulder. "bata na yar" pinky again asked.

"hoga kya?... kuch khaas nahi' bass dinner aur kya?" Geet said looking other side.

"ohh' achha'. Ab tum mujhse jhooth bol rahi ho?" pinky said while making fake angry face.

"uff.. pinky'" Geet said smiling keeping her both hands on her shoulder. "you know' aaj unhone mujhse' I love you kaha'. And maine bhi' mujhe toh yakin hi nahi aa raha hai yar'" she sadi with a deep smile and blush.

Then suddenly she remembered the cold words and angry and hurt face of Maan.

"But pinky' ek baat samajh nahi aayi' why was he angry with me? I mean he should be happy na' I mean we both confessed so... then why was he angry?" Geet looked at pinky all confused.

"He was angry?" pinky repeated with astonishment.

"Yeah... He was ' I mean when I said that lets go home he said to stay there for some more time and I'" Geet stopped. And she was shocked out of wits. She kept her hand on her mouth'

"He wanted to spend time with me?" Geet sighed in disappointment with her own words and actions.

"you know' he did all tat for you.. you should have spent some time with him na'" pinky said " if he is angry then this time he is not at the fault. Its you Geet'"

Geet knew that this time she alone was at fault. The Maan Singh Khurana for whose one appointment people wait like hell' he himself did all preparations for her ' and in return what she did... she just left him' not even listened to what he was saying.

"Why every time I have to ruthless?" she cursed her self. "Why I do things which are wrong' why I always end up hurting him.. Why?" She cried. And ran to her room.

It was night. 3:00 AM.

She went tiptoed just below the balcony and picked up the ladder and kept it attached to the rim of the balcony.

It was indeed the weirdest thing she was doing' first sneaking out of her house and then climbing into Maan Singh Khurana's bedroom.

"Gosh!" she sighed, "ye Maan Singh Khurana bhi kya kya karvayenge mujhse."

She then climbed up then looked into the room and the sight curved her lips into a very beautiful smile.

Maan was sleeping peacefully with a very sweet frown. The frown on his face looked so adorable that she couldn't stop her self from giggling.

She entered the room quietly and locked the main door so that she doesn't get caught. Though she was fearing the consequence and Maan's reaction. But it was worth it. She had hurt Maan and so every punishment would have been less.

She sat on bed looking at Maan' she didn't know how blessed she felt always when she thought that he is hers. Only hers.

She softly stroked his cheeks and other hand she ran in his black shaggy hair. This made his lips curve in a slight smile and all the anguished expression just washed away. And to her surprise he enveloped her slim waist in his arms and pulled her to him self withput getting the slightest idea that she was actually there.

Geet had Goosebumps as he did that. She didn't know what to do' she just held her breath as he hid his face in her waist and kissed slightly on the cotton covering her waist and with that action of his Geet felt a shiver ran through her. It was first time that she was sharing this proximity with him. And a moan escaped from her mouth, which gave pleasure to him in sleep' how ever soon he opened his eyes in astonishment to find himself in her embrace. He sat up on bed and looked at her questionably. But to his surprise she looked down and a silent tear rolled down her eyes.

He couldn't hold himself more and asked her, "tum yahan' iss waqt'" he looked at the watch. It was 3:30AM. He was surprised. He just couldn't fathom what she was doing there at that hour!!

"vo ' I am' I am sorry'" she didn't know what else to say. He was in his vest and trousers so he just stood up and started walking towards cupboard but before he could pick the shirt, Geet hugged him from his back and started sobbing and started repeating again and again'. "I am sorry... I am sorry ..."

Maan couldn't fathom what was with her' yester day when he wanted her to stay then she was being indifferent and now she was in is room.

He slowly turned around, "kya hua Geet? Tum ro kyu rahi ho?" he asked while wiping her tears.

But Geet said nothing' she just hugged him more tightly.

He didn't know why was she crying and asking for a sorry' was it in anyway related to yesterday? He thought.

"Geet kya hua? Bolo'" Maan asked worryingly.

"Mai kal pata nahi kyu aise'. I am really sorry'" she said between her sobs. And the fresh trail of tears came out from her already swollen eyes."

"achha theek hai' ro mat'I cant see you crying Geet' mai naraz nahi hoon'sachh.." Maan tried to soothe her but all in vain'

Her tears were constantly wetting her cheeks. And he just couldn't take it anymore' she was continuously sobbing and repeating sorry' he kept his finger on her trembling rosy lips and said, "chup bikul chup" then he looked at her and said in a very husky tone," geet I can't take your tears and you are not at all listening to me' don't make me change the way to make u silent' you'll regret it." Saying this he smiled at her, which made her skip a beat.

She too smiled and looked down shyly. Then after a pause she said, "Maan I am sorry.. vo kal mai.. aise chali gayi' mai pata nahi kyu chali gayi' mai aapko hurt nahi krna chahti thi.. sachh." She said looking into his eyes sincerely.

"koi baat nahi geet' par tum yahan sirf sorry bolne aayi ho? Ghar mein kisi ko pata hai? Pinky?" Maan asked worryingly.

"nahi'" she said looking down.

He looked at her astonished. "Tum bina kisi ko bataye aayi ho?" he looked at her shocked. "Chalo mai tumhe ghar chod deta hoon'" he stood up saying that and picked up his shirt worn it and looked at Geet who was comfortably sitting on bed.

"abhi toh aayi hoon' thodi der baad challenge ghar'" she said looking at him smiling.

"Geet' ghar mein kisi ko nahi pata hai' k tum yaha ho'. Aur tumhe ghar nahi jana'" he was surprised.

"kya maan' tab ghar gayi toh aap gussa hue' aur abhi mana kar rahi hoon toh bhi aap gussa ho rahe ho'" she said in anger and looked other side.

"Achha theek hai.. bass 1/2hr ok.." Maan said to which she readily agreed.
