Reemz - While I don't say there aren't others in Bollywood who's work I've found both entertaining and fruitful - the trend is definitely inclined towards decline. And it's not just Bollywood obviously, it's not even just an Indian thing - its about entertainment. Walk down the 42nd in NYC and you'll find all those road side vendors with stacks of 'NewYork Bestsellers' - paper backs for 50 cents or a dollar at most times, which are selling anyway - first hand, second hand, third hand - covers range from Luscious Lips, to Sinful Seduction 🤢 The debate of where exactly the line is drawn between quality and selling, always stands - whatever the form of entertaining.

Oh well... It's entertaining how phans of the show that must not be named defend the 'cliche' theme of their show has having been reused not once and by them alone... MAJOR ROFL full of sarcasm. So you're trying to say because there are half a dozen other shows that were just like yours, so you are allowed to exist and persist and burgeon with the idea of hatke lowe ishatroy?! Sure, I'm glad we can't get TRPs and popularity for Gulaal, if that's the cost! The irony of defending your show from being called a copy or cliche is by raising the argument that its not just your show that copies!!! It's entertaining to read the debates when you're trying to kill time and brain cells at the same time 😆

Nur - Oh i doubt I can leave IF after how much time I've begun spending here these last few weeks... but I don't know anything else atm that will make me spam away hence 😆 3000?!?!?! 😲 I hope Gulaal runs at least the course of August... I'll never make it that far 😆 And please spare me Nabhya - I'm sorry I'm not really the loyal kind for the most 😆 Now that I watch Gulaal live on Star TV player I'm actually forced to watch the adverts in intervals... and I can only say thank you to you guys to rescue me out of that place in time 😆 That's how 99% shows head for the drain, anyway! Like Reemz said, after Gulaal, I don't what i can watch without wanting to throw something at my screen.

I'll probably end up granting greater devotion to the currently ignored Fitzgerald and Nabokov and Cervantes, much to my advisor's then to come relief 😆

Lol - thanks for liking the posts desite the length... I'm afraid I can't make a promise on brevity, because I've lived enough years trying in vain... and know better! Getting carried away and rambling is elemental me 😆

Oh... I Googled his name - apparently a huge scandal to his credit recently?! I'm pretty updated(not) about things that people call current affairs... and my understanding of politics in general can be quite warped hence...!
