Sorry guys but this update is a short one….As you all know I write in advance so I can't even say I was busy (ha ha ha)…so the truth….it is just to have a logical break in the sequence. I didn't realize earlier otherwise I would have put it up with last update itself….

Chapter 50 – Wish…help…plan
Before she could complete her sentence, Maan captured her lips and gave her a burning kiss. Her hands were feeling her entire back.
He pulled apart to nibble her ear – "Kyon Geet….shaadi karana cahti ho meri…trust me baby I am completely ready…I want you by my side all the time."Saying this he bit her ear. Geet could just moan with pleasure as Maan's lips and hands played havoc with her senses.
Maan continued to tease her – "Waise Geet, I have given that saree for my selfish wish"
Geet – "Wish"
Maan placed a kiss at the corner of her lips and slid to suck her chin – "Next week karwachauth hai na….hmmm"
Before Geet could respond, she heard footsteps at the stairs. She quickly shoved Maan underneath the dining table and stood in front blocking the view. Annie came down – "Geet Di, is it you?"
Geet – "Haan Annie…who main paani lene aayi thi…kya hua?"
Annie – "Di mujhe aapse baat karni hai"
Maan meanwhile started tickling Geet on her feet. Geet suddenly jumped up.
Annie frowned – "Kya hua Di"
Geet – "Nahin kuch nahin…to bol"
Annie – "Haan who main aur mumma ne decide kiya hai that you only can help us now"
Geet –"In what?"
Maan was now laying flat. He came closer and planted a wet kiss on the back of Geet's ankle. Geet froze with the intoxicating feelings that cruised thru her body. She felt as if an electric shock jolted her.
She moaned out completely loosing herself.
Annie looked worryingly still clueless as to what her brother was up to –"Di kya hua….aap thik to ho na?"
Geet jerked her legs and moved little away from the table. She wanted this to be over quickly – "Haan…shayad mosquito tha…tu bol…help in what"
Maan was shocked – "mujhko….Maan Singh Khurana ko mosquito bola…ab tum nahin bachogi Geet"
Annie continued excitedly– "Haan who…actually bhaiya ke liye marriage proposal aaya hai Naintara Di ke saath and we were all just wondering how to approach Bhai….lekin aaj to aapne kamaal hi kar diya….Di please…you have to make bhai agree for marriage so that we can talk to him about this proposal. Naintara Di and Auntyji are going to be here for another week or two so that this rishta can be settled"
Geet and Maan were shocked at what Annie said. Maan jolted upright and banged his head while Geet was just out of her wits –"What!!! Rishta….proposal…Nintara…lekin….I am sorry mujhse nahin hoga…I was just joking about it"
Annie – "Lekin Di"
Geet – "Please Annie, I am really tired…hum kal baat karte hain please"
Saying this Geet just went to her room. She felt as if her breath was stuck in her throat. Annie was confused but then thought maybe she was really tired. She also went to her room. Maan sat frozen underneath with alarming bells ringing in his head.
He came back to his senses after some time. He went back to KH and called Geet who picked up the phone in one ring.
Maan could feel her restlessness and he could make out she was upset.
Maan tried to calm himself and sooth her fears – "Kuch Nahin hoga Geet…trust me…I will talk to Dad and tell him about us…please tum fikar mat karo….woh to acha hua we came to know about this today only"
Geet was sobbing now – "Maan….mujhe bahut dar lag raha hai"
Maan – "Come on Mishti…tum to meri sherni ho…aisa nahin karte…main sab dekh loonga…I will talk to him"
Geet took some deep breaths to steady herself – "Thik hai….lekin Chayiji bahut sunayegi…I don't care but I know she will say so many things to mom and dad also"
Maan – "Jo hoga dekha jayega Geet. I think Dad understands the issue. Once I will tell him he will handle the situation accordingly"
Geet – "Hmmm…thik hai…lekin please wait till next Thursday. It is Karwachauth and I don't want to spoil the mood"
Maan – "Thik hai Geet….I will talk to him on Saturday after that. Till then I think I can manage to stay away from this topic"
Both slept that night with a heavy heart and a pray that all will be well in coming weeks.
