Gulaal is hanging clothes to dry, when she sees Champa the doll hanging by her hair on one of the clothing ropes. She laughs and utters "Champa", and happily takes the doll and talks to her saying that how is she, she left her at her mother's house, who brought her here, and looks around when Kesar comes there smiling brightly. She asks Kesar if he brought her, he says Champa is her childhood companion so he had to bring her here, she tells him that as a kid no matter whether her days were good or bad she found a lot of happiness with her, and hugging the doll to her face she tells him they used to always stay together. Kesar laughs seeing her like this child-like and tells her he knows, Poonam told him everything. She continues that she used to have lots of fights with her mom about the doll when she wanted to take her to school, Gulaal, Champa, and her two friends used to... Gulaal suddenly realizes that she is being silly and stops smiling her mature smile, Kesar looks at her asking why she kept Champa apart from herself, Gulaal says now she won't and smiles brightly, Kesar is smitten seeing her like this. Its as if the essence of his life is derived from her smile, her happiness. She goes to leave, then turns around and smiles happily at him, he smiles cutely back like child Kesar, and she leaves. He cannot take the smile off his face.
Chunni tells Talli she never imagined that Kesar would turn out to be like this, Talli defends Kesar and tells her that no matter what she still loves Kesar and his happiness matters, his happiness is with Gulaal even today. Chunni says how can Kesar do this, Talli stays with him all day yet he doesn't see her love. Talli says she is right, she is in front of Kesar all day which is why Gulaal cannot accept Kesar.
Sudha asks Talli to hep her in the kitchen. Talli tells her that she wants to get married to whoever Sudha chooses, Sudha is shocked. Gulaal hears this and is shocked. Gulaal asks her what is she saying, Sudha tells her not to interfere and asks Talli why. Talli says why not, why can't she marry, her life was at a standstill till now and she wants to live her life. Gulaal says she cannot decide so soon, Talli refuses and says she thought a lot about it, she also has a right to be happy, and she knows this is the right decision. Gulaal insists but Sudha tells her Talli has the full right to decide. Gulaal says why the hurry, Sudha says why should Talli hold back and why, all these years she has only waited but for what, Talli has made the right decision. She tells Talli that she will find someone for her soon. Sudha hugs her saying that this is what she wanted but was worried whether Talli will be able to free herself from Kesar's thoughts, now she feels better and wants Talli's life to be happy, she will marry her off with a lot of pomp and show. Gulaal has tears and looks at Talli. Sudha looks at Gulaal and tells Talli they should not worry about what people will say, people who don't care about her at all.
Kesar is on the phone taking directions from someone, Gulaal comes there and Kesar hides the directions. Gulaal is upset and tells Kesar that Talli wants to get married. Kesar is so cute, he gets fluttered seeing Gulaal upset and asks gently what happened. He is just so adorable. She tells him that they need to do something, they cannot let her get married like this, they need to explain to her... Kesar says why, what is the need, she is not doing anything wrong. Gulaal says like this, what is the need for hurry, she also wants the best for her but so soon. Kesar obviously disagrees with her and interfering in Talli's life, as if interfering hasn't already done more harm than good. I remember his telling Talli that she sees other people's dreams, not her own. Gulaal says after all that happened she needs some time to come out of it, a decision taken in a hurry can never be right. Kesar looks at her like "well you did and are doing the same, maybe for a change practice what you preach". Kesar is such an amazing actor - its so easy to tell his thoughts just from a change in expression. Gulaal continues that Sudha is supporting Talli only because she is upset with them. What does Gulaal think, only she thinks the best for Talli? Sudha ADOPTED Talli and obviously cares more about her than Gulaal ever will, which is clear from Gulaal's constantly sending Talli to Kesar despite her pain.
Gulaal tells him that she is worried that Talli's life will be ruined. Kesar asks her if her life wasn't getting ruined till now, she was living every moment in darkness finding support from a small dream, Gulaal continues that she knows that all these years Talli only loved you... Kesar interrupts saying that he too has been living all these years only loving Gulaal... then stops seeing that he has gone too far, not sure how Gulaal will react. Gulaal looks at him shocked and turns her eyes away, seems to go back into her shell a bit. Kesar says all he wants to say is that maybe this is the right decision for Talli, she also has the right to be happy, the sooner she gets married the easier it will be for her to rid herself of this pain. Gulaal insists that she knows Talli well and is worried that this step will intensify her pain, and asks Kesar to speak to her once about what exactly does she want. I have said this several times before, how can Gulaal see and understand Talli's pain but be so blind to Kesar's? Gulaal leaves and Kesar is frustrated with having to talk to Talli against his will.
Mota Bha is happy with the decision to marry Talli and blesses Talli. Dushyant tells her that they will find such a nice guy for her who will keep her happy. Ok, I see the speculation about Dushyant and Talli's marriage, so am keeping an eye on all his statements. I think her almost marrying Kesar will make it difficult to find a guy for her, and Dushyant will have to marry her. Ghigha says she is like a daughter for him. Raman says Sudha has taken the right decision for the first time, now Talli will go to her own home, Sudha doesn't like this. Jamna obviously is happy, and says they should act soon now. Mota Bha says whats the hurry, they will find a nice guy for her. Gulaal tells him they should think about this, how can they marry her off so soon. Sudha tells her that its best if she doesn't say anything about Talli's marriage clearly taunting her. Mota Bha tells her not to talk like this, the last few days whatever happened was not right but they shouldn't point fingers, everyone is at fault in some way - Jamna looks at him like what the hell, she is never at fault for anything lol.
Mota Bha continues that with the deeyarvattu decision things have been shaken up, and Gulaal made the promise to Talli that she would marry her to Kesar, but didn't Sudha think for herself even once that would Kesar really reciprocate the same feelings for Talli as a grown up, didn't she think for herself even once, he tells Gulaal why does she keeping looking back to her promise to Talli, it doesn't matter, what matters is present, whatever is happening is for Talli's good. Kesar comes there. Sudha talks about what she wants for Talli's marriage, Mota Bha says he wants that the entire family should stay together in this happy moment, they should forget all negative emotions and work together, if anyone objects they should say so. Jamna smiles her sarcastic smile on hearing "entire family". Kesar looks at Gulaal. Mota Bha tells Sudha that they should start looking for a match, Sudha is happy, Gulaal is unhappy (I am sure she will not let it go and like a crab will keep holding on with her claws, why does she always think she knows best and keep interfering, why won't she ever learn from her mistakes, its so annoying), Kesar is relieved. YAY MOTA BHA IS BACK!!! This family really really needs him, he is the one who will keep Gulaal from leaving and bring her to Kesar. He is the thread that keeps the family together. YAY. He looks much younger and different from his previous moods, as if he has finally woken up from hibernation.
Talli is outside the house looking dejected, Kesar comes there, she pretends happiness when she sees him, he asks if she knows what she is doing, she says yes, what did he think she would cry her whole life for him, she will now find the best husband who will be all that he is not, he will not even be arrogant like him. He says that is true, he didn't think about it, its good that she will leave, now nobody will trouble him and ask him to give a lift. She asks if he is really happy at her leaving, he says how can he be happy with her leaving, she has been his best friend and has shown him the right way several times, and she understands him the best, he will become alone after her leaving, he knows she will get a very good husband, but he doesn't know if she will be a good wife, he feels bad for the guy, the guy will find out only after marriage that his wife is dabloo. Talli looks annoyed and he laughs at her, she says what is the meaning of dabloo, he tells her not to worry, he will tell her husband the meaning of dabloo, then laughing he puts his hand on her head and tells her that now her life will be filled with happiness and she will not have to shed a single tear. He touches her cheek affectionately and leaves. Kesar thinks of Talli as his younger sister - their relationship, interaction, his behavior, everything indicates to that, why did Gulaal ever make Talli think otherwise. Talli smiles through her tears.
Precap: Gulaal says extremely excited to her friends, how come they thought of meeting her today that also together, Kesar comes there with some drinks and says he knew their friend would forget to serve them in happiness of seeing them, the friends say that they are here because of her husband, Gulaal looks at him grateful.
