It wasn't the proposal Pia had been expecting from Abhay. Marriage wasn't even in her plans right now but to complete her studies. It was her main priority until this bombshell blew up in her face. Did Abhay really want this? He'd sacrificed enough for her. Pia didn't want to burden him with anymore of her problems. He deserved better than her. For starters they'd only been together properly for a little over three weeks. Pia couldn't stop thinking about Abhay's proposition and for the past few hours at College it was all she'd had in her mind. Abhay came back to Pia from recess.

Abhay held Pia in his arms watchful of her deep in though-So have U made a decision yet Pia? I am deadly serious about this U know. I know i wasn't exactly romantic but in the time we had i didn't think about all the fancy trimmings that go with a proposal. Its up to U. It all depends on how badly U want this Pia and if U have the guts to go through with it.

Abhay smiled-Good. I've already booked ourselves in for a registry marriage. We will have to keep this between us till tomorrow when we have a free period we can all head there. Pia shocked had gasped at Abhay's revelation-U mean you've already made all the arrangements? You've seen the dress?

Abhay grinned-What do U think i've been doing the past half hour? I want this to be as perfect for U as it can get. Its not every day we are getting married now is it? I haven't seen the dress just a sketch of what it might look like so don't go worrying your pretty head of yours on omens. Now give me the most stunning smile U can so i can hold this memory while i go spread the good news to Mom.

Pia obeyed Abhay's orders-When will i see U again Abhay?

Abhay let out a small smirk-After college is over i have an exam to sit in for right after i get back. See U in your hostel. Rosa's going to watch over U while i'm away.

Pia watched Abhay whiz out of the college while Rosa joined her-He sure is full of surprises.

Rosa beamed jovially-Abhay is always full of surprise U should know this by now. He really loves U Pia and wants to marry U.

Pia ate a bite of her apple munching away then asked-How did U manage to help Abhay this morning Rosa? I can't believe U girls did this without my knowledge.

Rosa meekly responded-It was easy. Abhay took Tara with him first to show the designs at the designers and dropped Tara at ours while she kept an eye on U i went with Abhay in his arms. I can see the advantages to having a vampire as a boyfriend Pia. He is very strong and up close very immaculate. I don't know how U manage to be so sane around him. By the way your dress is very happening and white so it is traditional but not too out there.

Pia threw her apple in the bin and walked to towards Misha-Tara i'm nervous. I should tell Misha but i can't.

Misha's eyes gave Pia her disheartened look-We are best friends Pia what U wish is my command. I'll tell Mom.

Pia let out a sigh of relief-Thanks. I just need my friends right now.

Misha calls home with her Mom answering-Mom i'm having a sleepover at Pia's is this cool? Rosa will be there. I promise i won't go out drinking. Not like Pia will let me party she's too much of a good girl...Yes i love U too Mom. Yes i will tell Pia U asked about her. Abhay found his Mom was in her usual spot. She'd heard Abhay's silent calls and stood up placing her blood wine down. She skulked towards Abhay superfast. He had something in his mind otherwise he wouldn't be here with her right now she thought. Abhay had this nervous look on his perfect features showing a tinge of distress over something great.

Haseena echoed in a whisper-What is it Abhay? Is it Pia? Or Sid?

Abhay resonated back-I need U to do something very out of character mother i plead U to hear me out.

Haseena already didn't like the sound of Abhay's tone-Sounds very serious Abhay! Tell me fast. I don't have patience for this.

Abhay blurted coolly-Pia and i are getting married and we need U as a witness.

Haseena's jaw dropped-You're what? Are U out of your mind? U want me to what?

Abhay had expected this reaction from Haseena-U heard. Pia and i need a more permanent solution and this is the only way to protect her. Haseena's voice shaky-What's the need for marriage?

Haseena enquired-So when is this taking place?

Abhay upbeat with his voice almost singing-In the morning. I love U.

Haseena felt her eyes feeling a stinging sensation-These human emotions are a b***h. I guess U want to go see Pia. Go before i change my mind.

Abhay rushes out to Pia's hostel- to find Misha and Rosa already present meaning his usual entrance was out of the question. He knocks on the door to let Pia know the good news-I can't stay long but we are all set. Mom's agreed to be our witness and we already have Panchi on board. So make sure U get your sleep princess because tomorrow i want U in perfect health.

Pia grabbed Abhay by his shirt laying him with the most intense kiss she can muster knocking the wind out of her almost as she breathlessly whispers-Now U can go.

Misha saw the two and felt a little envious-Woah Pia U sure showed Abhay how much U love him.

Pia sheepishly shut the door and sat with Misha doing their girly treatments with Panchi onboard-Abhay is always leaving me wanting more. I decided to return the favour.

Misha teased-I can see that Pia with your face all flushed.

Tara got the face packs-Sorry i had to make sure the dress's i ordered are perfect. Anyway here are the face packs so girls start applying.

Pia sure felt like she was living the dream right now-Tara thanks again for all your valuable time you've spent on me.

Tara eyed Pia-Trust me i needed to keep myself busy. It helps to keep the pain away.

Pia beamed-Misha next mission is to find your man Arjun. Tara will help us.

Tara nodded. Tara could sense another presence in the room with them. It was weird but there was no other human here and certainly no vampires or werewolves. It must be a figment of her imagination Tara concluded.

Alexis was on full alert with Sid being so out of whack. Pia must have done a job on him because this vampire was showing signs of bi-polar disorder. The extremities were so evident. Sid spent the entire day holed up inside trying to shut himself from feeling. He even resorted to getting wasted on booze and blood. Nothing was working. He was going mental with the constant onslaught of his guilt ridden conscience. Biting Pia was proving to be the worst act he'd ever done. The girl had brainwashed him. How he wasn't sure but the purity in his mind was blinding. He didn't know how to block these images. They were too strong. He needed to find solace and had no idea how to do it. Sid had found shutting his feelings were'nt easy because once the floodgates open shutting them would take a miracle. Why did he kill the stupid begger? His mind was bugging him big time. Alexis was creeped out by Sid and he didn't blame the vampire. Sid was creeping himself out and this was an understatement. Is this how Abhay had felt after the whole soul thing? Sid remembered the gypsy girl all too well.
