~ This is one way to get rid of the present Bhisham but then again to not get completely rid of him~ he falls down from the terrace, Reet finds out that although he is not moving, he is still breathing. Then he gets rushed to the hospital (noone really knows why Bhisham is in this state except Reet, Kaveri, & the minister) . The doctor says that he has lost his memory & he may have trouble moving atleast part of his body for sometime. Everyone is shocked. They take him home & Reet takes good care of him & she makes sure that he's under no bad influence. He ends up fallin' in love w/her while she takes care of him. Jhallan lectures him on marrying Reet & one of the things she mentions is how he loved her sooo much that if Reet left him, he'd kill himself. Since Bhisham doesn't remember any of this, he tells Jhallan that although he feels that he has fallen in love w/Reet & that she would make a good wife, (keep in mind that Bhisham doesn't remember any of the stuff Jhallan's tellin' him), Reet's happiness means a lot to him & it's ok w/him if she doesn't want to be his wife. Jhallan is shocked w/what he's saying😲 Reet prays that he'll always stand by her & she eventually falls in love w/him after she realizes that he has become a new person after his injury. He tells Reet that although he cannot remember anything before he fell off the terrace, that he's sorry for his bad, crazy behavior in the past. He tells her that he has never seriously been in love w/a girl before he fell in love w/her & he fears that he will always be in love w/her & they hug while he cries😭 (by the time he tells her all of this she has told him about her love for Yagya & Bhisham tells her that it'ok w/him if she wants to be w/Yagya) . So she ends up being in love w/both of them.
