Krishna is simmering and sizzling quietly on the bed ....Pratigya comes in after sending off her parents ..Stops for a brief second to assess his mood , getting angry vibes from him ..she moves in to douse the flames ..Pratigya walks closer to him and very softly murmurs "Krishna, Forget whatever happened ?"..Pratigya tries to caress him but is rebuffed by an enraged Krishna..He shoots up like an Arrow released from a taut Bow ...Projectiles impelled by his anger is hurled towards Pratigya..Krishna shoots," U are like a river which flows backward..What appears right to others looks like a grave crime to u [Pratigya looks down in hurt ]..It feels as if after worshiping in temple , u are handed manure as a token of appreciation...I nabbed that petty thief and handed him to the police..instead of congratulating me , U start giving me lecture * I know Baba ..Khandaani Aadat hai..Jahan Beed dekhe...tho Lecture apne aap behekar aatha hai *..{pratigya gets a mite touchy when she hears the word "LECTURE" applied to her passionate appeal}..What did u mean..and what exactly do want ..just tell me !!..Such sort of People [thief] understand only violence ...He stole a poor man's hard earned money , If any woman was walking on the road , he would have snatched her earring and chains too {pratigya listening keenly to this point} * Women always perk up and their ear twitches when talks are about jewels *..What do u want me to do ..Anoint them and make them sit on the throne...Had there been any other girl,Any other ..She would have been lost in admiration and adoration "...Krishna swings his whole upper torso in frustrated rage ..Pratigya quickly and gently holds his arms and continues in a voice as mild as a evening breeze in a balmy evening "Krishna , I too Admire U * Join The Club...But U stand way back in the Q ..Arhi is heading the pack * I also know that Any girl will fall head over heels for such a fearless and strong man..Like U [Krishna is Simmering down ,but Flames are not entirely out }..U are My hero..[Pratigya tosses her head in exasperation at his bullheadedness ] ..Alrighty, Sweety..If u are feeling hurt ..then ..I apologize..Please at least talk to me now ...{ Krishna looks at her }..We have to go to Aarushi's engagement ceremony too [ Krishna looks away piqued ]...Pratigya realizes that Krishna is still affronted..So She assumes an air of Indifference and says "Allright , If u do not want to be placated ...then whats the use of placating [So saying Pratigya turns away from Krishna...Krishna looks at her expressive back in Chagrin ]..After a barest pause, Pratigya turns to give him a quick once over...But Krishna instantly affects a haughty demeanor and indicates he doesn't care two hoots for her by twitching his royal nose]..But Maidam Bictoria is not fooled one bit..and calls his bluff by saying she is leaving ... * Baba U are no match for our Babu..she is a superior player , Dhoodh pee peekhe na tum bilkul bhail bangaye ho ...Kuch seekh hamri VM se *..Krishna falls into the trap and rushes behind her and stops her from leaving ..Krishna is confounded at Pratigya's ignorance ..she doesn't even know How to placate an offended lover !!😲😲 Krishna wants to know whether she is placating him or granting him a boon/favor ..Pratigya is standing with an innocent , injured expresssion..Krishna continues to enlighten Pratigya in the art of Pacifying ...He says " Try to appease with a drop of love..and little bit of work...and I will be placated ".

Pratigya drapes herself with a long suffering and grievously hurt for no fault of her's attitude and plaintively inquires "How much should I work ...I have been Assuaging ur ruffled feather's from a long time..I have even apologised ...but u are not cheering up..u still continue to glare at me !! Had there been another boy in ur place ..he would not have remained angry for so long...He would have calmed down by now..But YOU !! "" turns off in a huff ..Having lost the battle..Krishna throws up his hands in surrender ..Krishna "Allright..I will cheer up ...but do something to sweeten me !! ..U are just being high and dry !! " Pratigya considers this memo.... decides has merit ..So she wishes to know how and in what form should he needs softening up * Eeliyo..Yeh bhi koi poochne ki baat hai , Tum tho duffer ho Pratigya * Krishna impatiently says" Shud I teach u everything ..just utter some lovey dovey words and some hot shot kisses to go along with it " { Pratigya heaves a sigh of relief } says in a caustic tone "Only this much..So this is the way to sooth Baba..A kiss " * Poor Gal , must have been expecting some midnight Masala .. I cant blame her either .. that shud have been the natural progression after the Candle light lunch *..Krishna doesn't understand her disappointment * Dense Male😡*..he helpfully tells her that All she has to do is to pucker up her lips and plant it on his cheeks..He also says he is letting her go rather cheaply ..else he would have made her dance to his tunes ,or do push ups..and proceeds to give a practical demo only to have his B** Butted on the lamp post ..Pratigya begins to giggle ..Krishna covers up up his embarrassment and asks her to give him his due ..Pratigya gapes at him..But Krishna prods her again ...Pratigya gives a smile and grants him his wish ..
Maybe kissing is sort of like nature's coffee.

Krishna and Pratigya are getting ready ....Pratigya is sitting in front of the mirror and adorning herself while Krishna is Buttoning up his sherwani ..Krishna is praising his father's generosity and his large bigheartedness ..Pratigya is listening in growing discomfort pausing while applying lipstick ...Krishna is intrigued by Pratigya's silence and wants to know why she has become so silent ..Pratigya doesn't know how to reply this beamer and states the fact outright ..Krishna says ..."What do u mean , u donno..say what is in ur mind ?" Pratigya continues in confusion"I cant understand why Bauji is so excited at the news of Aarushi's engagement..why are they doing so much for Aman ?? "" Krishna gets into a huff , heatedly snaps "To U even the sugar of this house will taste like hot chilli ,always doubting my parents,Bauji is doing so much and u are not able to appreciate it..what do want ..??"..Pratigya shakes her head to ward off the unpleasant thoughts , gets up and sits by Krishna , she clarifies by saying" No, Krishna ..I am not doubting..I'm just sharing my thoughts with u,my intention was not to hurt u...Please don't get angry again ... we have to go to the party too..only if we leave with a happy heart ..will we be able to enjoy the party .."Pratigya begins to fiddle with her lipstick tube after this clarification..Having absorbed all that his beebi said..Krishna grudgingly replies with a glint in his eyes "U are right, ofc..but if u want me to be happy ..then give me ur Lipstick."..Pratigya is nonplussed , seeks to know what he will do with her lipstick ...Krishna hastens to clear her puzzlement and says he wasn't talking about the lipstick tube...Slides close to the knees touching point ..encircles her in his arm says in a doting tone that he was talking about the luscious lips ...He cajoles her to give an ambrosial smooch from the delectable lips..Pratigya gets coy and refuses saying her make up will be spoilt .. but stubborn Krishna coaxes her out of her mulish stubbornness and steals a kiss ..
KP are getting closer and are comfortable in each other..A lovely episode and I was full of appreciation for Pratigya ...She knew her husband was angry at her and she also know what she did had fueled his anger ...yet instead of distancing herself from him , waiting for his anger to cool down ..she approached him willingly knowing that she may get singed from the blast of his heat ....The way she expressed her thoughts about him without any pretense , without any attempts to glorify him, massage his injured ego speaks about her honest and clean heart ....
I felt happy for Krishna too..so far he has been bending backwards to please Pratigya..or whatever hurt he felt...he either has swallowed it or left it incomplete..today , he did not hold back and fully revealed his feelings, his sense of betrayal and hurt ..This epi exposes us to the fact that this couple have come a long way from the earlier stage of not even wanting to discuss about painful things ...And also Pratigya is no longer on a high horse ..she does care for him albeit in her own way ...It would be unrealistic of us to expect her to react in the same way as Krishna does ...let us remember that both of them are temperamentally different from one another ..just bec Pratigya doesn't shout from rooftops doesn't mean that she loves him any less ..She apologized to him even while not agreeing with his action's ..and neither did she start lecturing him on the rights and wrongs ..she heard him out quietly and with understanding without being condescending or cutting ...If this is not love , I donno what else is...for Pratigya of yore would have cut him to shreds with her words ...
Krishna showed the level of maturity that is sadly lacking in many educated folks...once he poured out his pent up anger...he moved on and did not stay back holding onto his grievance and nursing his injured ego ,not expecting his wife to grovel or crwal at his feets...This is the mark of a confident and sensitive man and a mature man..A relationship cannot be held hostage to Anger,disappointment and ego..such storms have to be weathered out and Krishna did that
He realizes that Anger is the destroyer of relationship..That doesn't mean that he doesn't get angry..he gets angry but he doesn't stay angry..he makes sure the recipient gets his message and shrugs it off..which is what happened yesterday..once he realised Pratigya understood his stand, his POV..his anger dissipated and he became normal , for he realises that A relationship may be buffeted by anger,fights,tantrums,disappointments ..but it should never be overwhelmed nor submerged by ego !!
