Rani revealed it in an interview last year when she was promoting DBH!

She didn't do Mohabbatein as she didn't wanted to play a ghost again after KKHH!

That's not true.

Rani was anyways the first choice for Chalte Chalte,SRK was keen on casting her but she declined due to date problems and because she had done a similar role in Saathiya. It was then when Ash was approached & after shooting for few days she was called off from the movie & Srk went back to Rani who was free at that time and accepted the role.

Actually it was SRK and ADI who suggested Rani for Tina's role.

SRK had seen RKAB and he told Adi about it who also saw the movie & they both suggested Karan to approach her as they loved her work in RKAB.

Rani,Kjo & Srk have told this ALOT of times. It was Srk who suggested her to Adi and KJo.

😈 Kajol may be a great actress and has a good screen presence, but she can't dance! She would have been a total miscast in Devdas. Can you imagine her in the "Dola Re Dola" song in Devdas? Just like I can't imagine Aish in Kajol's roles, I can't imagine Kajol in Aish's roles. Aish was perfect in Devdas and matched Madhuri nicely in the "Dola Re Dola" song. And if Kajol did Devdas, I can't imagine her acting or dancing with Madhuri anyway. It would have been very awkward to say the least! But, that is why destiny plays out like this!
