Hits make stars. Blockbusters make Superstars. It's not hard to give small Hits when you've done 120+ films. Govinda, Ajay, Akshay don't have those Massive films that the Khans/Deol have but more importantly they can't consistently open a film at Bumper Levels.

Govinda may not be bigger then the khans if you take the 90s as a whole. But from 1990 to 1996 I'd rank him ahead of all three.
