DJ's role was always for Aamir, it was Ajay( Madhvan)'s role which first was offered to SRK, he rejected bcz he did not want to play second fiddle to Aamir Khan.....Siddharth's (Karan Singhania) role was offered to Hritik he Refused saying Role is small , it was also offered to Shahid but he cldnt do due to date problem

Ash was offered the role opposite Brad Pitt in Troy! She should have so done it, she would had a bigger impact in Hollywood and the west if she did that and Hancock and Seven Pounds! She even refused Rush Hour 3 and Hitch!

Ash was also offered Madhuri's role in Dil Toh Pagal Hai and Karishma's role in Raja Hindustani! I had no idea bad this until I read her most recent interview with Shobha De! I wish she had done Dil Toh Pagal hai and KKHH, more SRK-Ash movies! I so miss this jodi!!

aish refused troy with brad pitt again for the same reason, coz according to her in the film there were love making and kissing scenes which she doesnt want to do post marriage

but she is doing fine in bollywood, in hollywood neither critics nor B.O likes her, so its a good decision

every actress was offered rani's role in kkhh, lol. but it was rani's destiny to take that one! Salman offered to play it, because he said he really like yash johar.

Everyone declined to do KKHH not coz they lose the girl in the end but coz they didn't want to play second fiddle to SRK in the film.

Salman agreed to do it coz his sister Alvira told him to do it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I am pretty sure Troy was shot in 2003 in Malta n released in summer of 2004. And at that time Ash wasn't married.

well i have no idea about that, but she did said that she is not comfortable with kissing and love making scenes now and that was the reason why she refused the film with pitt

yeah even i remember karan was aowwired no one wanted to play AMAN so in one party salman saw karan and asked if he found anyone for his movie karan said no he hasnt

Salman khan then said he will do it

Actually, Rani was the first choice for Chalte Chalte. SRK wanted to cast her in the film after watching Saathiya. Rani however wasn't keen on doing the film as her role was similar to that of Saathiya, and Aishwariya took the project. Nevertheless, due to Salman's interference, SRK called back Rani to do the film and she took the offer this time.

Salman's role was definitely popular. I watched this movie back in 1998 in the theatre twice and i remember very clearly that audience literlly clapped and stood up when Salman appears in the song "tere sang aaya..."
