Update – 24/9/09 –

Panchayat thailavar came to Subhu house to visit Ayyah. He nalam visarchi and inform him about the panchayat issue. Ayyah is happy to attend panchayat but Subhu family member were reluctant to let him go. Panchayat leader told him that their villager dislikes Ayyah to be brought in for Panchayat, thus Panchayat committee member have decided to reject this case. Everyone was happy to hear this.

However, Panchayat leader dropped a bomb to Ayyah regarding his family member. He reveals the truth about Kula previous plan to stop Gangga engagement with Jaya. He said that Kula is the one who trapped his own son in the smuggling case. Ayyah and the rest family were shocked. Ayyah ask for the sachi and he gets another schock when Panchayat leader said that his sons are the sachi for this plan.

Ayyah gets furious and rush to his Nachiar (Nac) house to punish his son despite Subhu family protest.

At Nachiar House, Ayyah shouted for his sons and Kula also is there. Ayyah slapped his son and shouted at them for their evil plan towards Gangga. Ayyah reveal all to Nac. She really shattered. All of them shocked and look thiru thru ne.. Illa try to say something but Nac ask her to shut up.

Kula and Ayyah sons tried to talk back but Ayyah shouted at them. Nac ask her son to make sathiyam on her head that they didn't do it but Ayyah told them that her sons are capable of doing any poi sathyam. Ayyah chased them out from the house and told them that they no longer his sontham. Illa ask Ayyah why scold her father and husband just because someone told about them. Nac gets very angry shouted at Illa and push her inside the room. Ayyah chased them out from the house. All of them left the house except Illa. She is fuming inside. Ayyah tells Nac that he wants her to stay with him and Subhu family forever. Nac promised to Ayyah that she will always remain to him and feel very sad that her own children has bad attitude. She says they didn't realize that destroying Subhu family is same as destroying her…..

Illa is very angry and runs to call Subhu. She shouted at Subhu telling her that she has succeed in splitting her family. Illa accused her that she planed everything from the beginning. Subhu tries to tell her the truth but Illa is not listening mood. Illa make sabatham that she will make Subhu family also separated from Ayyah and take revenge on everything that happened to her family. Subhu is shocked to hear that, meanwhile Gangga is looking at her mother talking to someone on the phone. She asks her mother the matter when she found Subhu looks worried. Subhu falls down before informing Gangga anything…..Freeze

25th September: Friday's Updates

Subbu falls to the floor after hearing Ila's sabatham. Ganga and her sisters try to comfort their mother after hearing what happened. Charu and Rema are very angry with Ila and tell their mother not to worry about her words; they feel that Ayya has justly punished their brothers for all their wrong-doings. As usual, overly-sweet Ganga is upset because she doesn't want to cause any more problems in the family; she feels bad that her brothers are kicked out and she tells Rema that they will talk to her father and get him to forgive their brothers. She also tells her mom not to worry about Ila. Subbu says she's only worried about Ayya and how much emotional distress he must be enduring. She is scared that he will fall ill again. The 3 daughters tell her nothing like that will happen, epsecially because Natchiya is there with Ayya.

PazhaniManickam (PM) goes to visit Muthu. He tells Muthu about how Ayya chased her husband and his sons away because of what they did to Jeyachandran (JC). She refuses to believe him at first but is finally somewhat convinced. A very happy PM leaves now that his Naradar work is over. He meets Kulasekaran on his way out.

Kulasekharan goes inside and asks Muthu why PM was there and tells her to get him some rice. She is very angry and yells at him to tell the truth about JC. She says he is worse than an animal and says that becuase of him Ayya's sons lives are spoiled and Ila has lost respect in her puguntha veedu. Muthu tells him that she will no longer even look at him and leaves.

Natchiya is doing prayers and crying about the state of her family. Muthu comes to visit Natchiya. Both women are upset and Natchiya blames Ila for everything. Muthu tells Natchiya that Natchiya was the one who has mostly brought up Ila and that Natchiya has every right to punish and correct Ila. As usual, Ila walks in and tells her mom to shut up. Ila yells that she has done nothing worng and is just protecting Ayya and his wealth. (Ila actually says "pothayala bootham kaakara mathiri ayya sotthukala naan kaakaren"🤣 best line ever, especially the bootham part...)

Natchiya says Ayya has every right to give his money to those he wants to and that none of them have no rights to stop him. Ila complains that Ayya is believing poravanga varavanga and not his own sons. She says she tried to interfere but that Natchiya pushed her away. Ila is very upset that her husband was beaten and kicked out and tells them both that she will not rest until Ayya has kicked out Subbu and his daughters.

Muthu tells Natchiya to pls forgive Ila and her nonsense. Natchiya tells that she pushed Ila away to stop her from talking her nonsense to Ayya especially because Ayya was very angry at that time. Natchiya did not want him to yell anything at Ila and is upset that Ila misunderstood her. Muthu leaves tearfully telling Natchiya to protect the family.

Meanwhile, Kulasekaran and Ayya's sons are in the ricemill. The sons want to somehow find a way to make people believe thay are innocent. Kulasekaran says now he can't think of any scheme to get them out of triuble. Then he says now is the right time to defeat Ayya.... Thodarum
