Santo's decision about Khemi-Hiten

Okay so in the precap Santo (as the Malkin of Dharampur) ORDERS Khemi to stay away from Hiten and Khemi says okay, as you say Malkin! (WHAT?)

I'm also all for Hiten-Khemi but I actually think Santo is going to come through for them. The key point seems to be that she has to make the decison as the Malkin, which makes me think it will be very different from making a decision as a mother or wife. If it was about being a mother or wife or even a sister first, it's a no-brainer, she will put a stop to the marriage but as Malkin wouldn't she first have to be fair to her all her 'subjects' as such and do justice for all. Forget Hiten & Khemi, if she gets Khemi married to Shambu against Khemi's will, wouldn't she be doing a huge injustice to Shambu. From a storyline point of view, if the creatives really wanted to have the Shambu-Khemi marriage go ahead, wouldn't they would have got Nanji to speak and convince her of it, knowing Khemi can't really refuse him, instead he just left everything in Santo's hands.😕

I don't like the Hiten-Khemi pair. First of all it started typically as all ekta love stories, with hatred and fights and then suddenly falling in love... There's nothing new in it..

Besides I hate the sneaking around things that always happen. Why do characters always fall in love in shows, where it is almost impossible to get married?

And what really annoyssssss me: Hiten felt khemi loved him but wanted it to hear out of her mouth, khemi loved him but kept her mouth shut for her nana's sake.. WHYYYY do they open their mouthes NOW?? I feel really sad for shambu!! He even got a better job and everything, just because he was going to be DM's sadubhai..

Why didn't Hiten just say I'LL marry khemi to her nana ji and to DM.. Why did he himself organise the wedding etcetra and told khemi to say yes and now suddenly is hugging her and literally pushing her to admit her feelings?!

I don't like that storyline at all.. It will turn everything upside down..

Her over the top lectures did not go down well with me, in fact I found them very regressive......

So every which way, today I disagreed with Santo!

Santo cannot be right all the time-no body is that perfect! And she is wrong about Khemi:

has she forgotten that Khemi is her older sister and taught most of what she is now sprouting to everyone else?

has she forgotten that Khemi has also been brought up by Nana Ji too and has been taught her values?

Did Khemi say she was going to run away and marry Hiten? NO!

All she said was that she loves him too and only after staying away from him, of pushing him away but in a moment of truth she told him and only after he told her.

Khemi is not some silly little girl; she knows that her kundali means she can't marry just anyone and she she said that for a woman beyond love is majboori-so she does understand the consequences of loving Hiten.

All she wanted was to tell Shambu the truth and not marry him; that is her right and also the right that is owed to Shambu. He deserves somebody who cares/loves him and him alone.

Santo is being Malkin only to protect DM and his name, she's not thinking of anyone else.

And what does Santo know about love she is the only one NOT to have fallen in love even DM fell in love!

However though Santo is at fault so is Hiten he should have the courage and strength of character to tell DM and everyone that he loves Khemi and wants to marry her-even if that means he has to live in the village for the rest of his life!

Khemi is the only innocent one here-Santo is wrong but so is Hiten.

Santu should buzz off simple.

Ah I have so many issues after watching the last weeks and todays episodes!
Okay firstly this whole "I-Am-Santo-Mahiyavanshi" was complete crap in my opinion. Okay I understand that shes the Malkin and all that but seriously to slap her elder sister and accuse her of having no morals was lowdown of Santo and hypocritical in my opinion. I mean after all Khemi isnt some cheap floozy who was throwing herself at Hiten! The poor girl is already beating herself up over this bloody situation and is guilt wracked and instead of understanding her Santo immediately starts accusing her!
She didnt even want to listen to Khemi or Hitens views. She just lectured them both and when they tried to explain what happened she just cut them off and told them to go to bed! What the Hell???
Now I have to admit I have never really liked Santo very much. I found her very timid and annoying at the beginning and now I find her still annoying but passive-aggresive which actually seems worse...
She solved Kaddus problem okay fine. But when her own sister falls in love instead of being understanding and caring and trying to help like she did with Kaddu she turns around and tells her off and orders her around. I found that hypocritical and made me dislike Santo even more.

As for the whole Hiten-Khemi jodi I am totally all for it. Okay its weird but they're not blood related or anything like that so its not THAT weird. Besides Hiten and Khemi are good for each other. They understand and respect each other. Why shouldnt two people who so far have been so responsible and honourable in this situation not be allowed to be together? Just because shes low caste and hes the Maliks son? Thats just being narrow minded and ignorant.
I think Santo might turn around and help (like shes being doing with everyone else) but to be honest after todays episode I just want Hiten and Khemi to do it themselves. I also think that maybe Shambu wont go ahead with the marriage I mean he suspects that Hiten and Khemi care for each other already. Maybe he'll leave her at the mandap and Hiten will step in. *shrugs* Of course he'll leaveafter Hiten declares his love for her in front of everyone *winks*

And to those who think that Hiten and Khemi have "suddenly" fallen in love: They didnt. At first they clashed because each thought they were better than the other but as they got to know and understand each other respect grew and then friendship and finally love. Hiten realised how Khemi cares for her family how shes willing to sacrifice herself to keep her family happy and how hard she works for them. Khemi realised how kind Hiten was how he wasnt the spoilt rich brat she expected and his compassion towards her nanaji and monghi led to her falling in love with him. Not to mention the guy didnt complain when he was working nonstop, he cared for her nanaji, he worked hard and he was being responsible for a whole village and was brave enough to try to correct that diamond mistake all by himself.

Of course the whole Low caste/Maliks son thing kept them apart and they both realise that they cant be together causethat would just cause problems for everyone. Hiten of course wanted to be sure that Khemi didnt love him before he put her marriage in motion and Khemi decied to keep her mouth shut and go ahead to keep the family peace.
Of course Hiten isnt the type of guy to sit by for too long and watch the love of his life go to some other guy thats why he pushed her that night to get the truth from her and Good Grief the girl is only human! Shes already under pressure with keeping her feelings to herself plus feeling guilty about those feelings and heres Hiten telling her he loves her and demanding she tell him too! No wonder she blurted it out! Not her fault bechari...

Love cant be kept down for long you know. It has to come out sooner or later. Better that it came out now before Khemi gets married!
And its not like they were going to act on it! It was a moment of weakness. Im sure Khemi is glad to have got it out and she will go ahead with the marriage anyway because shes the sacrificing type but now that Hiten knows he wont let her go so easily! So for Santo to blame Khemi is just ridiculous and distasteful of her. That whole "Who-You-Fall-In-Love-With-Matters" crap. Seriously Santo? Are you stupid or just oblivious? How was she supposed to STOP falling in love with Hiten? The guy is just a really good guy and he was caring for her and no wonder she fell for him! Plus shes been living with him for ages now and theyve been working together. No wonder they fell in love! God!
Besides its not like they were kissing or planning to elope! They were hugging and immedietely stopped when Santo came. They have never acted shamefully or in any way which would embarrass their families. In fact Santo saw them hugging before and said nothing! Remember when Hiten hurt his hand and Khemi bandaged it?

Santo is just thinking shes MALKIN now after DM has been so nice to her. She hasnt helped or understood her sister at all, this is disgusting especially after the whole Kaddu fiasco. She helped kaddu and understood her. Why not her sister? Because shes low caste?
Ridiculous.

I know that Hiten isnt going to stand for this crap. He did nothing before because he didnt have Khemis confession of her love for him but now that he knows Im sure hes gonna step in and stop this whole fiasco.

Khemi hasnt accused Santo of anything. Of course she was hurt that her YOUNGER sister is ordering her about. My God if my younger sister slapped me Id beat the crap out of her! Of course Santo has other responsibilities now but that doesnt mean that her status of "Malkin" makes her more superior to her sister. Her elder sister will always be her elder sister and will always deserve that respect that is her due.

Hiten and Khemi have not been selfish. They were caught in a moment of weakness but before that they were staying away from each other and being responsible and selfless!
Hiten however is NOT the type of guy to accept everything quietly! We all know what his character is like!
Hes fought against his father, against Motiben and against Santo. Obviously the guy will even fight Khemi and demand to know wha she feels for him.
He was content in arranging her marriage and he fully intended for it to go ahead and he only did that AFTER he asked Khemi if she was happy with the marriage. Khemi of course LIED because she knew that Hiten was not for her.
But Love makes people crazy you know. Hiten HAD to find out what she felt for him because he couldnt stand NOT knwoing when he himself was so in love with her. Hiten is not the type of person to live with regrets. THATS why he pushed her to acknowledge him and under his pressure Khemi let it all out.

It was not done in a wrong way. It was just the culmination of all the stress and pressure they were both put under. And Shambu may be upset but he wont be heartbroken. Like I said before he already suspects that Hiten and Khemi care for each other.
