She is 16, underaged. He may be 22/23 but he looks a tad older. They are developing an amazing chemistry with each episode but one cannot help but feel, no this isn't right.

She comes from a broken, abusive household. He, too. They'll be trauma bonded. He's progressive, she's innocent but she's still 16. Would you want your teenage daughters/sisters falling in love and thinking this is the guy she will be with for all her life? She hasn't studied a book formally but can study people? Which 16 year old does that?

Please, have a leap of 2-3 years before any kind of romantic inclination between the leads.

I don't think that 16 is underage. In this age girls begin to expert feelings. In many countries, girls even have boyfriends and all. In this show it is clear that Islamic rules don't appose a marriage of a girl who is 16 if she accepts.

There are different cultures, and ppl grow differently. Some become mature faster than others. Seher is wiser than many girls of her age, maybe because of her father's abuse.

I don't say that every girl should get marry or have a relationship at 16. But love? Yes . It can happen in this age, and there are many couples who started dating and later they got married.

This is not the first time colors is showing a love story between underaged girl and mature guy. In fact they had Molki..papa+ daughter marriage too. This time thank God at least they have some chemistry and they look good together. I don't want to see their marriage yet. Sp after marriage I think it will turn in to typical pati, patni aur woh drama. One side mom's sasural, another side daughter's.Same old regular drama.smiley21

What's difficult to watch is how people react. Just now, under the video of the precap of kausar being held captive and seher searching for her mother, I saw a comment stating how it's the first time that they are 'happy' to see kausar captive, if not, the 'maher wedding' would have been impossible. People are actually rooting for it, that is the problem. There are many who support this. As someone who has said that I love their chemistry, I still cannot let go of the age factor, and then there are people actually fantasizing that sh*t. They also justify it saying it's legal according to islamic law, but I don't understand is everything legal, also moral? Is it ok to marry off a child because it's legal? Then in some countries even 10 years old girls getting married to 50-60 year old uncles is legal with the consent of the girls' parents, does that make it right? Some girls like seher might be lucky enough to find good partners, but most girls end up like kausar at the end of the day. How can someone romanticise, normalise and fantasize such a thing is beyond me!

I am also not happy to see Kausar captive and I want her to get out of her helpless situation, as I understand how Seher must be feeling. But the marriage of the male lead and female lead is the plot. The male lead is different, he will certainly help her in her career development.

I have not watched the show, but seen teasers on insta, their chemistry definitely looks good.

The problem here is that the writers cannot find a way for the girl's progress beyond having her move from one man to another.

What's this - If the father is toxic, bring her to another man who can help her make her career? And then it will finally, once again, depend on how much progressive-minded the other man is.

I I would have loved it if writers had taken a slightly different route and still created their chemistry with the supportive partner angle. They could have kept showing the chemistry or banter side by side, and shown her career struggle to be hers and her mother’s and land into her goal on her own. A marriage could happen a little later and from there on chemistry and support could have gone forward.

A little bit of handling and there would have been a beautiful story with no complaints.

I know, now if I start watching this and my husband sees the plot, he will definitely taunt me - What are you watching with a 16-year-old girl being married?
